Terrible service, they were doing reforms in the lower floor and the noise all day was very uncomfortable, restaurant only opens under request, can’t order just a coffee, you have to book a full breakfast or they will not open or serve you a coffee, the check out is at 11 but they don’t tell you. Nobody ever at the reception. They cut the water pressure so I couldn’t take a shower, the reason was because I was supposed to check out at 11, (check out everywhere is at 12:00) so at 11:30 there was no more water. if you complain, they threaten you to proceed legally. Truly a rip off.

Bellissima location alla foce del fiume magra. Atmosfera rilassante , struttura molto ben arredata sia la parte hall , bar e la sala da pranzo. Delizioso il dehors dove ascoltare il "il Rumore del silenzio". Ottima la stanza, naturalmente considerando il prezzo da bed and breakfast. Una nota positiva alla colazione caffetteria di livello il latte si sente che non è a lunga conservazione ma di qualità come il caffè e tutte altre pietanze panettone Fiasconaro by Dolce e Gabbana mai visto in una struttura del genere, bravi .

esternamente la location è da "wow"!, la hall è anche meglio, il personale è meraviglioso, accogliente, disponibile e gentilissimo. Viaggiato per ponte di ognissanti, prima impressione albergo mezzo vuoto ma ci sta. Camera standard ma assolutamente non all'altezza per un tre stelle: totale mancanza di prese elettriche ai comodini ( se avessi voluto caricare il portatile o altro, impossibile ) minibar non collegabile a causa di mancanza di presa elettrica, bagno da rivedere completamente : doccia abbondantemente sotto-misura, box doccia al limite dell'impraticabile, rubinetto del lavabo che schizzava da ogni parte, portalampade rotto ed altre amentità dle genere. Da un tre stelle, nonostante la camera standard, ci si può aspettare un pochino meglio considerato il periodo non proprio stressante. Siamo stati sfortunati? era la camera peggiore ? Forse forse in un periodo di scarsa affluenza avrei venduto una camera migliore solo giusto per una questione di marketing......

in agosto con la mia famiglia abbiamo deciso di soggiornare qualche giorno in questa splendida struttura, ci siamo trovati molto bene , ospitalità e cordiali è molto belle le camera e gli spazi , con vista suggestiva sul magra. Ottima la colazione con prodotti di qualità. Ottimo anche la cena al ristorante annesso in struttura.

Nella prima settimana di settembre mi sono recato con amici in questa splendida struttura, oltre ad avere una posizione invidiabile sulla foce del magra, ho trovato un arredamento moderno e pragmatico. La colazione con un offerta Hi-Tech è davvero apprezzabile con soli 8 euro si ha lapossibilità di degustare sia la focaccia salta salata che la brioche dolce tutto accompagnato da caffetteria e succhi d'arancia, spero vivavmente di poter tornare e poter soggiornarvi più a lungo.

Struttura degli anni 60 che li dimostra tutti. La camera piccola con mobilio datato. Le tende tenute su da un nodo una volta slegate toccavano per terra rischiando di inciamparci. La cosa peggiore è stato il bagno, mai trovato uno più scomodo, i sanitari, appiccicati di fronte al vetro della doccia, impedivano anche ad un bambino la normale seduta. La doccia disagevole in quanto aperta in un lato. Ganci per appendere le asciugamani rotti. La reception non è H24. In una struttura è importante la presenza del personale per poter rispondere alle esigenze della clientela. La colazione risicata ridotta ad una sola scelta tra cornetto e focaccia salata. La mise en place da rivedere perché insufficiente. La struttura non ha un parcheggio riservato ai clienti e trovarne uno è un'impresa. Non torneremo sicuramente.

Pensione riammodernata qualche anno fa in grande economia con spazi sfruttati malissimo, fare dei semplici bisogni per persone oltre il metro e ottanta risulta davvero complicato. Accoglienza inesistente, empatia e simpatia zero. Attaccamento al denaro in una maniera esagerata, mai viste cose simili ma preferiscono non dilungarmi su questo aspetto. Per la colazione non esiste buffet e si ordina al tavolo con varietà davvero limitate e qualità dozzinalissima. Dimenticavo aspetto sicuramente da non trascurare è che le persiane non si chiudono, di conseguenza la mattina all'alba entra la luce che purtroppo non è schermabile in nessuna maniera in quanto le tende non sono oscuranti! Posto da non consigliare al peggior nemico, cambiate lavoro!
