We stayed in this magical place enriched with education and splendour, from the room to the spa. A Valentine's day to remember. A unusual place where you can relax mind and body. The friendliness of all the staff, professionalism, the acceptance of every need, the care of every minimum detail have made these days unforgettable. We enjoyed the spa: warm, with all the comforts, spacious, relaxing and a new area to try. We will return safely and advise it strongly. I would like to express my appreciation in particular for the structure for efficiency and readiness in meeting guests' needs and the attention shown in the cleaning of rooms. A great family welcome. We stayed here in April and had a really lovely experience, 3 adults and two children aged 8 and 11. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. We were given really good advice on places to visit, parking, directions etc in Rome and the surrounding area. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We were also given a packed breakfast to take with us for our early flight home without asking, all really thoughtful touches. Thank you Gianfranco and all the staff, wish we were still here!

Overall a wonderful place. Very clean, comfortable bed, fast Internet, decent breakfast with plenty of coffee choices if that's your thing. Activities and spa services as well. Nice size bathroom for a European hotel. Room size was above average as well. My only issue is the HVAC does nothing. We like to sleep on the cool side and the AC did nothing more than blow air. Opening the windows did not provide enough circulation to lower the temperature to the desired level either. It's fall so we can make it work, but would prefer full room temperature control. Recommend.
