Stayed here on a Leger/Shearings coach holiday. Rooms basic but very clean, air con in room but you pay for it 5 euros a day. Fresh towels each day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic, but enough to fill you up for the day. Evening meal was not always enjoyable, the soups were nice but the main course was not always edible. Would like to have been given more Italian options and portions very small, after a long day walking around the historic sites.

This hotel is lovely, very traditional. The staff is absolutely wonderful and can’t do enough for you. The meals are great and the staff always come round to ask you if you want more food. This hotel is very welcoming. The staff Andreas, Rosa, Luca and Maria are wonderful, so friendly. A little gem of a hotel in a lovely little town.

Absolutely superb staff.Comfy rooms. Basic good quality cold breakfast. Clean and comfortable throughout. We went with a shearings tour but we were treated like individual guests not like other hotels we have experienced. Would certainly recommend as a base for touring the area.

Stayed as part of Ledger Coach trip. Friendly greeting on arrival and staff coped well with so many people arriving at once. Room was spacious and cleaned daily to a very high standard. View from the window was pleasant with the shutters and Italian tiles on building opposite. By overlooking nextdoor building meant I had total privacy. No duvet, bed had cover and sheets but staff more than happy to provide extra pillows and blankets. Lots of storage for your clothes, wardrobe as well as cabinets and draws. Shower a little on the small side for a larger person, but adequate. Bed really comfy, although, double was two beds put together so could feel the join, still had a very good night's sleep though. Breakfast is basic continental but always well stocked. Evening meal is freshly cooked and very high standard. Salad followed by pasta or soup, choice of two dishes for main, followed by a suprise desert. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms so cost €2 per cup. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, always greeted with a smile. The terrace was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sun with a drink. Well situated for the town or the old town up the hill. Highly recommend this family run hotel, a very pleasant stay and I hope to be back in the future.

Stayed here on a shearings holiday hotel was basic. We had a twin room beds hard and no duvet just sheet and bedspread ( looked like granny's old curtains ) and it was cold.bathroom was small no where to put anything no shelves. Being gluten free food was not good tinned fruit for breakfast gluten free bread stayed on the table all week no eggs and orange was vile. fortunately I took my own breakfast on two mornings.sofas worn out in lounge area no tea or coffee available unless you paid.

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff and food was great. Everything was good quality and felt like a home from home. Hotel was clean and tidy, beds made and bathroom cleaned daily. We were part of a coach trip and staff coped really well with high demand of a large number of people all at once. Good choice of food for evening meals and a surprise desert! I highly recommend this hotel.

Sweet Italian hotel which was clean with friendly staff. Food was excellent and freshly cooked. Nice seating area outside. Hotel is not far from the town centre, which is extremely pretty with lots of restaurants. A reasonably priced supermarket is up the road from the hotel.

Such a warm and genuinely friendly greeting from the staff on arrival. The hotel was just right spotlessly clean with a very good size bedroom. Luca and his team were attentive through out our stay. The breakfast was continental with a great choice. We mainly stayed in for the evening meal as it was very enjoyable they make the most wonderful soups plenty to eat especially as the weather was so very hot. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommended
