Where to start , this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in . The food is appalling with meat completely raw inside . If you actually got food that was cooked it was a minute piece with one piece of shrivelled up vegetable. The room was full of ants which was reported to the miserable woman at the desk that offered no apology just snapped at me . Returned to the room next day still ants having a party in the room and all in the suitcases . Maybe if you’re not part of a coach party you may get the better dining room with a tv in that the staff were all fussing over to make sure it all looked pretty but god help you if your with Leger you’ll be downstairs in the dire depressing room . Word of warning get down early for food as they did run out with us too . Breakfast was a constant round of asking for cereal, milk etc as nothing was filled up beforehand. I’ve never seen such a shambles with such dozy staff, hated ever minute here

AVOID the hotel Albergo Delle Terme! Food was diabolical - were served uncooked chicken and fish. Helpings were pathetic, service was shambolic and had to wait unacceptably long periods between very small courses (not enough to go around the table). Customer Service was non existent. Our room was awful, with a leaking toilet, loose tiles, a shower was a "foot bath" that we had to literally climb over extremely high sides into, barely big enough to stand in with no shower curtain/door. Bathroom door would not close. Dangerous exposed electrics and overall was furnished like something out of the dark ages. Advertised as having kettle for making hot drinks and a minibar but had neither. Had a three day argument with staff over issues and to be moved to a satisfactory room which was a bit more up to date and usable. Half our holiday was ruined because of all this. However, the coach drivers, Craig and Wendy, and the excursions were excellent. Having said that, Shearings need to shoulder some of the blame as the issues were well known to them and they still used the hotel! Complaint sent.

Do not go to this hotel. Very poor food if you got any at all evening meal a joke 1 chicken drumstick and 2 slices of tomato even that ran out before all were fed. Our room clean over looked hotel rubbish dump. smallest shower cubicle I have ever showered in. Went with a ledger coach tour, the hotel was also being used as government accommodation for old people who were friendlier than the hotel staff! Take extr money for eating out you will need it!

Avoid this hotel at all cost. Supposed to be a 3 or 4 star hotel according to their sign post, would not even give it 1 star. Food was diabolical, we were actually served raw chicken on our 3rd night forcing us to speak to our coach drivers (who were excellent) and the Shearings rep who did not want to know. We found a quirky little pizzaria a 5 minute walk from the hotel and got 3 nights of superb food. Receipts and a letter of complaint being sent to Shearings.

The rooms were clean but very basic. No mini bar..just an empty mini fridge. A kettle but no cups or coffee/tea. Towels not changed all week. Food was just awful.. there are no words.. had to eat out despite being half board.. Spa not available for free. They wanted 35 euros to use the pool. The rooftop jacuzzi looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months with green scum all around it!.. bike hire wasn't free, they wanted 10 euros per hour! WiFi was terrible. All in all, not a great experience. Would not recommend..

Disorganised, dreadful hotel. Came here as part of a coach party, fist thing we noticed was that we could not open the wardrobe until we pushed the beds across the room, temp control behind wardrobe and kettle but only thin plastic cups. Good terrible, mostly inedible. Could not cater for vegetarian.

This place might look good on the outside, but I couldn't recommend it to anyone. I felt unwelcome, like I was putting them out ? The food was terrible. Cold tea, coffee, they ran out of breakfast items including butter, croissants and cooked meats at breakfast and there was nothing to replace them with so some of us had nothing. The evening meals were rubbish too. The other guests, especially the Italians got a visibly superior treatment. There with Leger. Will be writing to them separately, . I'm positive that there would have been a far better hotel in Fiuggi to use by a reputable company. So keep on driving, I wouldn't recommend this place at all

We’ve arrived as a coach party of 40 people ranging from age 6 to 86. Varying disabilities, some with walking aids. Breakfast consists of cold coffee, a croissant, slices of meat. Evening meal - they don’t cater for dietary requests. Vegetarian options served with Parma ham!! And desert is a piece of fruit. Our driver complained about not having water available so they put on the tables big bottles and then they charged €5 euros each for a bottle that is available at the local supermarket at €1.50.. The Rooms - some showers were in accessible for the older people as they didn’t actually fit in the cubicle. The electric sockets don’t fit in the uk adapters as they’ve got switches which stop the adapter going in… some rooms have cups, some have spoons, some have kettles but nobody has everything. Hotel staff are the rudest people I’ve met ever!! They don’t even have any English speaking staff….. positive note my air con is not wit working properly so it’s cold air 16 degrees which is fine by me as the weather outside is 40+ Advice would be not to use this hotel - look elsewhere !!

Stayed 2 nights as part of a coach tour. Owner is quite new to big groups, but fell over backwards to accommodate us, with a multitude of roles. Food had to be ordered beforehand, and it was a bit hit and miss what you got, but fresh and tasty. Breakfast was very good, and included a gluten free table. My room was very nice, though the shower was very small. This seemed to vary throughout the hotel. There's a kettle, plus tea, but no coffee. Very central in Fiuggi. Not the hotel's fault, but, if you sit outside, beware the man eating mosquitos!
