Wonderful stay in a beautiful suite! This was the second time we stayed, we enjoyed it so much that we returned! The staff, the food and the spa services were exceptional. Would definitely return. Many thanks to Anito for the amazing and friendly service! It was a joy to eat in the dining room every day! Also Linda is an incredible massage therapist, so professional and talented.

The whole place could do with a deep clean, the lift smells dusty and damp. Staff are helpful enough, and efficient But i would not wish to return. Breakfast could be so much better, with fresh fruit more choice.

The hotel is located in the center of Fiuggi, the structure is not bad the room very good, even if during the night there was an annoying non-constant "Clink" coming from the roof being the top floor, a sore point was the management of the first dinner, as soon as I booked I informed that a person was Vegetarina, a week before I reminded the management that a person was a Vegetarian so to provide the menu let's say it was up to us to take precautions. Arrived for dinner they propose a menu obviously with a Matriciana and a Roast therefore not Vegetarian, pointed out the thing they offer us vegetarian dishes as first and second. The surprise at check out, the second fish chosen was made to pay as an option ..... mah!

Siamo stati con parenti a festeggiare il nuovo anno ed è stata una esperienza fantastica. A partire dalla disponibilità e bravura dei proprietari fino ad arrivare alla professionalità e simpatia del personale di sala ( un elogio particolare ad Annito e Giacomo ). Struttura datata che hanno cercato di ristrutturare ma senza particolari risultati. Colazione normale (senza infamie ne lodi), SPA piccola ed anonima (sauna, bagno turco e una vasca idromassaggio) e stanza di dimensioni ridotte con bagno minuscolo caratterizzata da un letto matrimoniale composto da due lettini singoli aggiunti l'uno accanto all'altro (stanza n.211). Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni (due notti) usufruendo di uno smartbox a cui abbiamo dovuto implementare la somma di 90 euro. A prezzo pieno non vale assolutamente la pena. NON LO CONSIGLIO. PS: Un consiglio per chi andrà alla loro SPA, portatevi accappatoio e ciabatte perché se non ne siete muniti costano 10 euro a persona!

Abbiamo soggiornato lo scorso weekend ed é stata una piacevole scoperta. La struttura è stata da poco ristrutturata e le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è strategica in quanto a pochissimi passi dalla fonte Bonifacio VIII. Ottima anche la cucina e la colazione. Ci teniamo a sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale...non sono tante le strutture che ti fanno sentire realmente a casa. Una menzione speciale ad Annito, il Direttore di Sala, vera punta di diamante. Un professionista come pochi, una persona della quale intercetti esclusivamente il sorriso, pronto a soddisfare ogni tua piccola o grande esigenza. 10+
