English: I booked two days at this property during the August bank holiday at a very advantageous price, I must say. I pointed out that due to gluten intolerance I could not eat pasta, bread and similar, asking that they be replaced with rice or vegetables. I also asked that breakfast, for the same reasons, be savoury with hard-boiled eggs or cold cuts and a little fruit. I must say that I was satisfied in everything, even if I had to remind myself of my need several times, and therefore, beyond the ancient Hotel, the spartan rooms, etc..., I could have also given three or four stars that would have been proportionate to the very advantageous price agreed. Unfortunately, when it came to paying the bill, all the rudeness, inhospitality and rudeness of the owners came out, demanding a payment higher than what was agreed on the phone. After an unpleasant discussion, even animated and loud, I must say that I paid what was agreed. It was a real shame because kindness and courtesy towards guests must be a priority compared to everything else. Therefore it is advisable that the conditions are agreed in writing, for example by email, so as not to have unpleasant surprises and run into useless discussions later. For the rest it is clear that if you pay little you cannot expect luxury or gourmet lunches, but I repeat kindness and courtesy must not be part of the cost but be "conditio sine qua non" if you want to manage this type of activity.

Nous sommes en voyage en scolaire pendant une semaine nous avons réserver cet hôtel pour une nuit: des tâches partout sur les draps rouge et noir, une douche miteuse avec de la moisissure qui est d’ailleurs a même le sol, un personnels très désagréable quand on lui dit bonjour elle ne prend même pas la peine de répondre, des repas mais même la cantine ne fait pas des repas ignobles comme ça, l’hôtel nous a fournis des panier repas…nous aurions jamais du: des sandwichs de 5 cm avec dedans un jambon ou du fromage enfin bref l’enfer Conseil : à fuir
