The hotel is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I will for sure book this hotel again. The rooms are good, there is a wellness area and possibility to book a massage after a long day hiking or biking. Want to be here during the winter next time to experience the skiing season. Wonderful hotel and friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent and the surrounding so beautiful. Our room had a great view from our balcony. We were a group of friends from Iceland traveling together We hiked in the mountains and loved it.

We spent one week hiking with good friends, in this beautiful landscape. The hotel was wonderful, nice staff and great food. Big rooms and comfortable beds. The perfect ingredients for a good vacation. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Lovely hotel with good atmosphere. Extremely good service, they were very helpful , friendly and nice. The best food I have had in hotels. The hotel is in good location, and we had nice view from the room. The hikes that the hotel offered were great. Very good and nice spa. Hotel Chesa Monte is the best hotel I have ever been to. Chesa Monte is a cozy and comfortable home away from home in Fiss. Excellent food, including daily coffee and cake, very nice and welcoming staff and a very nice welness area. We cannot wait to return and enjoy the late afternoon sunshine on the terrasse overlooking the mountains.

Newly refurbished and ****S rating: the Chesa Monte reached it's next level. Very comfortable rooms, food even more refined and service matching. Having experienced the Chesa Monte since 20 years, we are delighted to see how the pieces fit together. A promise delivered. Very recommendable.

The location is great, Bob the taxi driver, is bringing you with lots of joy in the morning to the lifts. Mile was serving us at the restaurant, he really makes the difference for the hotel! We could have a real good table place in the restaurant of the hotel, so all our group could fit in on the same table. Tables were taken away in the living area downstairs, so working there was not really possible anymore, and for the look it was not great swell, as the lights still are there. There was a lot of dust under our bed, unfortenalty I didn't see that before leaving (checking if nothing was left) so my astma was going bad this week! The food was okay, but not good as you expect for this price, it smells like pee in the sauna, sauna area is big but the warm sauna is relatively small.

Room very nice with balcony Breakfast and Dinner very nice. Wellnes nice and quiet. Spa was too small for all the kids Service people in the restaurant very nice and friendly Hotel well located just 5-10 minutes from the lifts

Great place to stay with excellent and attentive management, staff and a great kitchen. The Hotel is undergoing a renovation and upgrade of its rooms and we stayed in one of the new rooms overlooking the church. Great choice of decor for the rooms which are very modern. Nice SPA and pool section also. The hotel is within 5 min. walking distance of the lift station and it also runs a smooth shuttle service in the mornings. Overall a nice place to stay and good value for money.
