Clean room. Greate food. This is the second year we, a Group of girls, Are staying here for a weekend . BUT the service this year Are terrible. Not one service minded person . Very dissapointed.. We had such a great stay last year so we Are very dissapointed this time around

Beautiful inside and outside. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel with its perfect seaside location, delicate design and lovely Spa facilities.

We had a lovely stay over new year's with Cornelia in reception being an absolute star at hospitality. Breakfast and dining was great with good selection of non-alcoholic beverages. The room was a bit small (economy) and a bit cumbersome getting to and from the spa when you had to wash your hair after. But overall, very nice stay and we will be back!

Although the location and architecture of the Hotel is amazing, the hotel did not fulfill my expectations. First, the non-swedish TV channels did not work. Furthermore, when I arrived, there were some nasty insects in the bathroom. Although I mentioned both at the reception and being promised that it will be solved, no one came. In general, I expected more regarding kindness and service orientation, especially considering the price and the standards of a 4-star-hotel. The breakfast was very good, but again, the stuff was not very friendly and rather apathetic.

..A great hotel on the coast at Gullmarstrand. The breakfast was very plentiful. Unfortunately, they often ran out of "watermelon" and were a bit stingy. "But that's complaining at a very high level." The rooms were clean and small but nice. Very nice area. Dogs are also welcome here. I had a very nice lady at reception (brown hair, unfortunately I don't know her name). She really helped me a lot. They also serve dinner if you want it. Also accommodation that I would go back to at any time.
