Front desk personnel are pleasant. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is small and now for hanging out than swimming. The hot tub is actually relaxing addition. Free breakfast is edible. My room was out of shower gel. So I washed myself with shampoo. I notified the staff when I was checking out. There's a cracker barrel and a Walmart within a 5-10 minutes walk.

I enjoyed most of my stay however, the common areas need renovation. It smelled a bit old in the breakfast area. It is very dark and needs to be renovated. The house keeper went in my room while I was gone. I didn’t like that because they should give you an option to opt in or out of house keeping. I noticed my sweater was missing after they went in my room. The sweater had sentimental value to me. It was an okay stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional.

Great affordable family friendly hotel We spent the night here after visiting Storm King. We got a two bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen, plus two bathrooms. The space was large and clean, and the kids had a ball in the pool, and at the buffet breakfast. I enjoyed the gym, though the peloton was broken. It was a very affordable and relaxing evening, and I would happily return

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The problem was that it was surprisingly dirty in the halls, lobby and elevators. We saw three cleaning people but no vacuuming.

I spent a night with my partner and a couple of friends and we had a wonderful time. Our room (two bedroom suite) was huge. Everything was clean and organized. We would definitely be coming back this summer.

Very impressed with our Suite & great stay. Large, clean suite. Well equipped for basic cooking if required, with Walmart across the road. Good food variety at breakfast. Easy check in, very helpful & accommodating staff. Pleasant areas to sit inside & 2 small outside areas. Pool a little cool but hot tub very hot & loungers & chairs to relax. Quiet at night inside & out, area felt safe. Good eateries nearby. It was lovely to see lots of well dressed & friendly hotel guests who engaged freely with us explaining they are Jehovahs Witnesses visiting their World Headquarters nearby.

While the stay was ok, the thermostat in the room didn't work properly so the room was very cold all night and the fan did not go off. Furthermore I was double charged through orbitz and the hotel and am still trying to get my money back. The hotel staff has been less than helpful and management refuses to speak to me
