Just right! The hotel staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere was great! My room was just right for what I needed, small and comfortable. The bathroom appeared to have new fixtures and was really nice and clean. There was a bit of noise from some troubled people across the street for a bit, but that is nothing the Glendower could control and resolved so I could have a restful sleep. Breakfast was also just right.

As good as they could make it. Very aged decor, but with excellent standards of hygiene. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and polite.

Property needs updating, carpets & curtains & wallpaper /furnishings very old. Musty smell in the property plus smokers right outside front door with cigarette smoke coming in through open door & could even smell it upstairs. Comfortable bed, basic bathroom. Very basic accommodation for £130 per night. Good hot breakfast.
