The hotel is a bit dated and could use a refresh on carpets and door locks. My key cards would work for a day and then stop working. I constantly had to have them rekey the cards. Breakfast is heavy on the carbs but the coffee machine actually makes a decent cup of coffee. Greek yogurt was a nice addition and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were usually available, along with their pancake machine and bagels. the rooms sport bathtubs that are fairly tall and might be a challenge for older visitors

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The bathroom floor had visible human hair, and we had to call housekeeping to clean it. The ironing board had burned spots, and those marks transferred to a brand-new white shirt I had planned to wear to an event—completely ruining it. Worst of all, ants were crawling all over the window area and even got into our clothes. This level of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable, and it significantly impacted my trip. I expected much better for the price we paid. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and addresses these issues for future guests.

The hotel is probably ok for an overnight stay. We were in town to meet family and stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately, this hotel has no elevator, so carrying all of our luggage up the stairs wasn't ideal. And there are no microwave ovens in the rooms. Speaking of microwaves...on the first night, we had to evacuate because the fire alarms went off about 10:00 pm. When we got downstairs, the main lobby area was filled with smoke. Apparently, someone set their popcorn on for too long and burnt the heck out of it.

I asked for a room not facing the highway, but when I got to my room, the highway was really audible, so before I even tried to settle in, I went back to the front desk and asked for a room on the other side of the building. The desk clerk was more than happy to assist with that, and I am now in a quiet room. There’s not much walkable to the hotel, but there’s some shopping and lots of food options within a 5 minute drive. Works perfectly for a mid-point stop along Route 90.

Decent but lacking in some areas It was mostly good, except that it wasn't particularly clean nor did it seem the room was serviced. The reson I say that is when I went to climb into bed and pulled back the covers there were a pair of dirty socks under the covers on the bedspread. Additionally there were several black hairs on the pillow cases.

Bed was not a queen bed. Queen beds are at least 60 inches wide, the bed was 56 inches. Also, bed was very hard.
