The accommodation does not have parking. The main carpark is about 30 steps climb and a couple of mins walk away. Parking is free, but it can be difficult to find a space. When we arrived at the accommodation, it was down an alleyway between an ice cream shop and a tavern. There was no one to greet us we arrived about 3pm, ringing the bell was pointless as we located the receptionist working in the ice cream shop. We got into our room, and we had paid extra for a jetted bath tub. This has been broken for more than 12 months, but this property is still advertising it on ******* and *********** at an enhanced rate. There is a deceptive notice in the room stating it broke yesterday, which is clearly just a lie. I was told by the receptionist that it clearly states the issue on the hotel website. We were not given any money back they just did not care. Breakfast is either Greek or continental, and you get this at Grecos tavern, which opens at 9 am. The breakfast was fine, with no issues. The room was big, the location was excellent staff were ok but the place is starting to look tired rather than luxurious. Would not stay in this accomodation again.

A very luxurious hotel with helpful personnel and based in the center of Fiscardo. It has many facilities, extremely high quality orthopedic beds with a selection of pillows. There is a Coffey maker and an ice maker in the room.

My poor husband booked this for us as a treat for my 60th birthday. We were going to Fishcardo restaurant. See the review I posted on that place. He had thought it would be nice to stay in town and not drive back to Argastoli where we had been staying on holiday. Well what fiasco!! The minute we got into the room I read the reviews. i think my husband wished he'd have done that before he made the booking. I am not sure what is considered luxury in Kefalonia but this in England might be described as maybe a boutique hotel. The rooms are such a mishmash !! Flashy automatic taps that come on every time you look at them. Over complicated showers that spurt out water from unexpected places. But weird cheap art on the walls and some very odd lighting, maybe tiny pink spot lights are considered luxury in Kefalonia its such a confused décor its just so odd. The fridge wasn't working, the air conditioning was hardly working also ( its was 37 degrees) There was NO WATER in the fridge either. No teaspoons in the room. There was old water in the coffee machine although god knows how to work it because NOTHING was explained to us. Apparently we could have paid to see a movie on the viewing box but again NOTHING was explained to us. Once we were showed to our hot, airless room, the staff disappeared completely. We tried to call them, email them...NOTHING. In the end my husband went outside and lent on the bell until the young girl who showed us to our room appeared looking bewildered. We tried to explain to her our issues, I don't think she spoke much English and looked blankly at us while we explained about the lack of …well everything actually. In the end my husband insisted that we change rooms. The next door room was empty, unsurprisingly and the air conditioning in that room worked ! Hooray !!! Utterly clueless staff, the rooms are definitely NOT luxury. Be warned, you will regret it if you stay here. We paid £185.

Avoid at all cost, This is laughable to call them luxury suites !!!! They are far from luxury. They bang on about the bed linen how you have to use there special make up wipes to remove makeup as to not get it on the bed linen. You can actually buy Guy Laroche bed linen on Amazon 🤣 Dirty bath , jacuzzi not working ! Bathroom door handle broken, shower seal coming off. Stained floor around toilet, no choice of coffee pods , no milk or sugar, weird breakfast situation where you’re escorted to a corner bar and left there nothing explained. 🤷♀️ There are much nicer places for less money in Fiskardo or surrounding places. Read reviews before staying. As the write up sounds lovely. But leads you into a false pretence. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Poor management frightened my daughter with his aggressive behavior . Said they would refund as they couldn't supply the correct room and now cannot get hold of anyone . Their website is very deceiving , if you want a nice holiday in Kefalonia do not go here !!! Overpriced aggressive owners , very dishonest and not Honorable

Our suite was on the fist floor and was immaculate. The renovated old house is in the centre of the town, and therefore perfectly positioned. However, the proximity of restaurants and bars can make it noisy late at night unless all the shutters are closed tightly - we learned that by the second night! The owners were very helpful, and I would return there again.

I wouldn't recommend staying here, its not a 4 star as things don't work properly. Management is vey poor and after promising a part refund verbally (manager on departure) & Owner in writing, he simply didn't do it and apparently didn't care! Note - all the good reviews are pre 2020 after this they go downhill. Beware!!!!! I booked a special treat including spa bath, slippers, robes the works weeks in advance, only to be told on arrival that the spa bath and the door lock wasn't working & no robes or slippers. Long story, but the management promised a part refund. I paid 130Euros and requested a 50 Euro refund, it never materialised! All that glitters is not always gold. As per other recent reviews go elsewhere. The Owner does not deserve your custom - not a holiday experience at all. NOT AS ADVERTISED AS NOT MUCH WORKS.

(+) The location was of course perfect - right in the center of the small fishing village. The village itself is the most beautiful place on the island, so you should definitely stop by here when you visit Kefalonia. (-) The accommodation is advertised as a "Luxury Suite" with 4 stars, which is quite simply the exaggeration of the year. We are really not a spoiled luxury couple, but we pay attention to a fair price-performance ratio. Since this small fishing village does not generally have a large selection of accommodation, we opted for what was apparently the best accommodation. The "Luxury Suite" that we had booked was designed for 4 people!!! Here I have to say to every family with children: Don't do that! It is a maisonette cave in which a narrow staircase leads to the upper room. This is under the roof WITHOUT air conditioning. So if you don't want to grill your children in 50 degrees, I advise against booking. There is also the option of setting the air conditioning downstairs (double bed) to extremely cold, in the hope that some of the cold will reach the attic. By the time it gets to that point, however, the parents have frozen to death downstairs... The safe fell apart and beeped annoyingly, cables from the TV and air conditioning were hanging around in the room and the bathroom furniture in the bathroom was partially splintered. The young man at reception assured us, however, that this was a newly renovated accommodation... The highlight, however, was the breakfast. We had booked including breakfast because we had seen very appealing photos of the breakfast on offer on ***********. Now we were here in the summer of 2020, which is why there are understandably some regulations to be observed due to Corona. However, what was served here lacks any Corona justification. Even the ready-made packages from a budget airline are more appealing than this "breakfast". The package included cold, moist toast, an undefined sausage mixture and a packet of juice. Absolutely unacceptable and has nothing to do with Corona regulations.
