It's pretty good. Next to it is a blue-domed church in Fira. There is a rich breakfast. There is a private hot tub. A bottle of champagne was given. Someone will help with the luggage. The lady boss is very nice and will reply to messages on WhatsApp in seconds.

Hotel which has nothing to do with the photos which are 3D simulations.. so it is still under construction, no access to the spa.
Really modest vegan breakfast ok but really not worked there is very little.
Rooms different from the photos but the bedding is great.
The extras are not worth it because they are very expensive (2 orange juices €18)
Well located however quite noisy roadside 24/24 truck motorcycle
Quite unpleasant manager, the woman is much more friendly and understandable (we didn't have hot water the first 4 days)

I have spent a wonderful night here! The location is perfect, which is just 4 mins walk from the bus station. The room is clean and the view is amazing. The host is also very kind and nice:) highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is good, it belongs to the center of the whole island, and the surrounding business and transportation are convenient! When we arrived at the hotel, there was a waiter to help carry the suitcase. We also introduced the surrounding situation in detail when we checked in. It was winter when we went there. Many restaurants and shops were closed. The island seemed relatively deserted. Not at this price anymore. For breakfast, you can choose all the things on the list, and the waiter will deliver it to the balcony of the room on time when the delivery time is set, and you can have breakfast while enjoying the scenery. It’s beautiful🤤

The hotel housekeeping was average but lacking in security as there was no staff in attendance during my 4 days stay there. There was only a cleaning lady there during the morning fr 930am. But when we came back fr our daily outings at 2pm, there were not a soul.
We felt very unsafe as there was no staff around during the day or night.
Guests were left unsecured in an unmanned hotel premise day and over the night. Entrance to the hotel are easily accessible as there are nobody at the reception counter.
Will not recommend anyone to patronise such an irresponsible business premise.

The location of the room is very good and the view is good 👍 Be careful not to bring too much luggage, because it requires manual labor to carry it. The hotel is on the other side of the cliff and can only be reached by walking. It takes about 5 minutes to walk up the stairs... The hotel has someone to help carry it. , but you have to tip...the room is much smaller than expected, but the land there is precious, so it's okay

The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good..

In fact, the scenery is quite beautiful, but it is a bit unpleasant in the middle. After we arrived, we said that we had brought the children, so we were forced to add 100 euros a night. The children are 4 and 7 years old. I negotiated with him whether I could refund my reservation, but he disagreed. The location is OK, in the town of Fira, it is very lively and convenient for eating and shopping, and the scenery is also good, and it can shoot beautiful scenery. But it may be facing the sea, the outside table is gray
