Be careful, they'll rip you off for insurance purposes! Despite recommended and arranged travel cancellation insurance, only 64% of the costs are reimbursed. They're trying to make it look better than they thought. Due to a medically certified acute illness, the trip was impossible. A cancellation invoice was issued (80% was retained) and an empty bed surcharge was charged for the rest of the traveling group. This means that the refund is €0. However, the insurance only uses the 80% as a basis, even though you didn't get reimbursed. The deductible (20%) is deducted from this, and in the end, only about 60% of the costs were paid. I've never had worse insurance. Stay away!!! I feel beyond ripped off. You're being punished twice!

Bestes Essen, sehr freundlich, tolles Programm, super Stimmung. Wir haben „mein(en) Urlaub“ gebucht. Es war wunderschön. Super organisierte Ausflüge, sehr sauber und für den Preis ein unschlagbares Angebot. Das Personal gibt sich viel Mühe und hat tolle Ideen!

Ich war heute im Eurostrand Fintel frühstücken. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Leckerer Kaffee ,große Auswahl an Käse, Wurst und Brot/ Brötchen. Tolle Müsliecke. Es gab auch Pan cakes aber die habe ich nicht mehr geschafft frisch gepresster Saft. Sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal. Und auch nicht teuer! Ich komme wieder.

Betrunkene werden richtig abgezogen, mit utopischen Preisen. Diese Preisliste liegt nirgends aus. Wenn man nicht bezahlt, wird man genötigt, von der Security, mit Rausschmiss. Absolut unmöglich. Management auch am nächsten Tag nicht Kompromissbereit. 175 Euro für das Ziehen an einer neutralen E- Zigarette.
