My Husband and I had a great stay. It started snowing so we picked this place to get off the road. We are hotshot drivers and they find a good spot for us to park right in front. The lady that checked us in that night she is so sweet. Breakfast is okay but just grab and go. The lady that was that morning she was also very sweet. She checked the weather before we left to drop off are load she was awesome. Thank you both for a wonderful warm place to stay.

Every few months we treat ourselves to a getaway weekend at the Hancock Hotel. Five-star service every time, from the valets who open the door for you to the desk staff that treats us like their oldest and dearest friends. The rooms are wonderful. Sometimes I think about booking a trip just to use their opulent showers. Then dinner at Mancy's. A true steakhouse experience with a nice wine list. My fiancée ordered her usual ”medium rare but more than medium rare but not quite medium” filet. Every time she does that I shake my head because I know I could never broil a steak like that. But when the server brought it out, as asked her to slide her knife into it to make sure it's exactly as she wanted - which they do every time they deliver a steak - it was perfect for her. Topped it off with breakfast in Mancy's on Sunday. Fantastic. I've seen comments about their breakfast prices being high. Ridiculous. A huge omelet with two freshly-made sausages and potatoes on the side. $16. There's a very popular breakfast place across the street and Mancy's is right in line with their menu pricing. If you have a chance to be there when Evonne is working the front desk prepare to be pampered!

I travel quite a bit since I have retired, and I am always looking for a good deal when I am on the road! I found that good deal with this hotel! Oh, my goodness! Very clean! I haven't stayed in a hotel that was this clean in a long time! I was surprised by everything when I walked in the room! It felt like I had cleaned it myself and that just made things even more comfortable! The staff was very friendly! I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager one morning. I believe that her name, if I remember correctly, was Donna? She was very friendly, always smiling and even made me laugh a few times! The girl at the front desk was very friendly, too! I am sorry I don't remember her name, but I believe that it started with a ”J”? ”K”? I'm sorry for not being able to give you her full name! I will say that these two employees, at the very least, made my stay just that more enjoyable and I am a hard person to please! When you have people like this in your employment, you do whatever you can to keep them! All in all, I have no complaints! The breakfast was good! The room was clean! The staff was very friendly! Of course, as with any major property, not everything can be at 100% but like I said, I travel a lot and I know a good hotel when I stay at one and this is up there with the top 5 hotels in my book! Thank you again for a great stay! It is so appreciated! As an FYI: I will not leave me name or number with anyone. I trust no one these days with any information of mine! We stayed at this location for one night on a road trip. We booked the King Suite/Room. We have never stayed at a Comfort Inn Suites that had this type room before - it was so nice to have a large living/dining/cooking and separate sleeping area! This hotel is very clean, staff are very pleasant and professional. The breakfast bar is wonderful. Not only was our room very large, the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay. We were very pleased with it all.

Everything was top notch! We arrived early and we were able to go ahead and check in. The General Manager was at the desk and could not have been more delightful. Her name was Kaitlin. While checking in we learned that one of our family had been in a small accident. When we checked out the next day, Kaitlin remembered and asked about the well being of that couple. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the hotel was clean and quiet, and breakfast was delicious. For our purposes, the hotel was in a perfect location. We will definitely go back there again.
