The venue is absolutely stunning — typically Aeolian style and immersed in nature. Rooms are big and comfortable. The whole place is very well renovated. Daniela and Luca are very gracious hosts who make their guests feeling at home. They gave us good recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. We will surely be back!

Very nice house that got transformed by owners in casa vacanza. My view is that this place is expansive in comparision with the services that it offers. I was very disappointed to find out that i had to pay for my breakfast and that there are différent prices dépending on what you eat. The owners should first learn the art of hospitality. That it is much superior that making your place look nice. Dont be fascinated by the sea view. You are on a Island. The view is always wonderful. I will not come back to this place or will i recommande it to anyone.

abbiamo soggiornato qui 2 notti e,per quanto ci riguarda, non ci ha fatto buona impressione per questi motivi. 1-Struttura lontana dal porto raggiungibile solo in motorino (previo noleggio),taxi pagando 10 euro o a piedi facendosi 3 km su asfalto in salita sotto al sole(45 minuti di camminata) oppure su sentiero (30 minuti). 2-Le stanza che ci hanno dato era essenziale:mancavono piani di appoggio per i trolley,mancava il fon,la cassaforte e l'aria condizionata (pare ) che ci sia solo in alcune camere. 3-La nostra stanza era dotata di un condizionatore portatile RUMOROSISSIMO,di fatto di notte non si poteva usare. Speravamo di potere rinfrescare la stanza almeno prima di andare a dormire lasciando il "condizionatore" acceso quando eravamo a cena ma la titolare/gestrice della struttura ha ben pensato una regola dove lei (o chi per lei) SPEGNE il condizionatore se nella stanza non c'è nessuno. Risultato:2 notti consecutive in cui abbiamo dormito si e no 3 ore perchè la stanza era un forno. E' inaccettabile che questo avvenga visto che nella stanza ci dormiamo noi e non la titolare (ed avendo pagato 464 euro per 2 notti). Se esiste questa "regola" lo vogliamo sapere prima. La prossima volta cercheremo altro.

Terrazza stupenda con vista sulle isole, appartamento piccolo ma grazioso. Colazioni molto buone. Offrono il servizio di noleggio del motorino, fondamentale per girare l'isola in autonomia. La proprietaria Daniela super simpatica e disponibile.

Location incantevole, curata in ogni piu piccolo dettaglio. Raffinato e allo stesso tempo familiare, il gusto e lo stile fanno da padroni. Ma a fare la differenza in tutto e per tutto ci sono Daniela e Luca, padroni di casa premurosi e attenti Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa

In data 28 luglio 2023 ho prenotato due camere per le notti del 24 e 25 settembre 2023 presso l’hotel, effettuando un bonifico di 250 euro. In data 19 settembre, a causa di previsioni atmosferiche pessime per il fine settimana, ho chiamato l’hotel chiedendo la possibilità di spostare il soggiorno al fine settimana successivo o in altro fine settimana anche dell’anno prossimo. Mi è stato risposto che non c'era disponibilità per il fine settimana successivo e che in caso di mancato arrivo avrebbero applicato una penale di 185 euro. Dopo diversi solleciti per chiedere il rimborso della differenza tra l'acconto versato e la penale applicata, il giorno 1 ottobre ho ricevuto una mail dall’amministratore dell’hotel Sig. Luca Tonellotto con la quale mi ha comunicato che avrebbe trattenuto tutto l’acconto versato anche perché non avevo dato riscontro all’offerta dell’hotel di spostare il soggiorno al fine settimana successivo. Offerta che non è mai pervenuta anche perchè mi era stata comunicata l'indisponibilità delle stanze per il fine settimana del 28/09 -30/09. Nella telefonata successiva fatta all’Amministratore ho rappresentato che reputavo il comportamento non corretto e che avrei rappresentato quanto accaduto sui social. A quel punto il Sig. Luca Tonellotto mi ha detto che lui è a conoscenza del mio indirizzo per cui avrei fatto meglio a non rendere pubblica la mia insoddisfazione.
