The hotel is very good invoice near a police station. The receipt in the evening is great. We try to understand and help you. A parking is attentive to the hotel and is free. The hotel is modern, clean and maintained. The ladies in the housekeeping are very friendly and competent and we have felt very well. But the reception staff is incredibly uninterested and not particularly helpful, you are not welcomed and you get mostly only questionable eyes back when you ask questions or wishes. We were not informed about whether and when breakfast is available and where to park. It seems that the parking places are free directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is good for the low price, but not even empty plates are cleaned. Concluded: The building is beautiful, only service and service is searched for forgiven.

Ich logierte im November 2022 für zwei Nächte im Hotel am Hirschgarten. Daran habe ich nichts auszusetzen. Das Zimmer war einwandfrei. Die Damen am Empfang waren ausgesprochen freundlich. Woran ich allerdings viel auszusetzen habe, ist das kärgliche Frühstücksbuffet. Selten habe ich ein so ”einfaches” Buffet zu sehen bekommen. Gekochte, kalte Eier auf einem Teller. Meine Frage, ob es auch Eierbecher gibt, wurde mit einem klaren ”Nein” beantwortet. In einem Körbchen lagen lediglich, vermutlich aufgebackenen Brötchen. Die sich beim Aufschneiden wie Gummibälle verhielten. Kein Graubrot, kein Toast, kein Croissant, an ein Stückchen Kuchen war gar nicht zu denken. Yoghurt oder Müsli? Fehlanzeige. Die üblichen abgepackten Marmeladen, Aprikose, Heidelbeere, Sauerkirsche. Phantasieloser geht es nicht. - Sollte ich wieder einmal in der Gegend sein und dort übernachten müssen, gerne wieder im ”Hirschgarten”. Aber zum Frühstücken gehe ich dann in eine nahegelegene Bäckerei.

As previously written, the hotel is located in the business area and nearby there is no or little restaurant park is no problem. Check-in is already a lack of good German knowledge. You can only pay for this once before you were in the room at all The room ...a long walk, a ”cutting line” with a washing without water connection. A bathroom that you have to call rather wet cell. In the shower (with shower hang) I had not even ( 1.64 / slim) quitg place. The colleagues had their problems. A light view in my room was the large and solid mattress. Even there came complaints from colleagues breakfast so far OK. This is positive to mention that there is even a vegetarian bread lift and, if soya milk is sought. However, the label for milk is so hidden that you can only see it by chance
