El hotel es muy bonito, las instalaciones limpias y el personal muy querido. Sin embargo, pagamos en efectivo y se negaban rotundamente a darnos una factura. Tuvimos que molestarnos con la niña y esperar 1 hora para que finalmente nos diera la factura. Le recomendaría al dueño validar porq sus empleados no quieren hacer facturas de los servicios y de la comida.

Queríamos un lugar para descansar y a la vez divertirnos en familia y fue una opción acertada, la finca muy bonita y bien cuidada con varias zonas para deportes y todo a un mismo nivel lo que facilita que puedas estar sentado mientras miras jugar los niños en la canchas. Las habitaciones cómodas y muy aseadas. El restaurante la comida rica pero tienen un menú que no pueden cumplir porque les faltaban ingredientes.El desayuno generoso pero solo ofrecen huevos al gusto.

Un lugar perfecto para descansar en medio del paisaje cafetero, con todas las comodidades a la mano, ideal para compartir en familias y amigos, con buena comida y excelente servicio por parte de su personal, en especial la atención del señor Robert es impecable, siempre dispuesto a colaborar.
