Took my card and licence into another room and was in there for ages. Not happy about that at all. Bed was really really hard but the shower pressure was amazing

The rooms are very outdated
The original room I was given was extremely cold as the windows wouldn’t shut properly and I was getting asthma from the breeze
The duty manager moved me to a different room and the window in that room had a gap as well that was letting the cool air in
I stayed with this room as it had a heater and managed to put a towel in the window to stop the air coming in
The toilet however was leaking water over the floor and the tiles look like they are ready to pop off the walls at anytime and the bottom of the shower was mouldy
I know that the price is very cheap however and the manager on duty was apologetic and obliging. but maybe it needs a lot of TLC

Paid for 2 nights stayed for 1 night the room was dirty stains on the carpet looked like faeces it was freezing cold wind was coming in the gabs on the windows no air-conditioning but other rooms had air-conditioning that were empty got told the rooms were full up graded the room for queen got double I would like a refund please because I would not recommend anyone staying there the place should be shut down it was filthy

The hotel is located on the ground floor of a bar. We had already paid in full, but they still asked for a credit card when we checked in. We didn't understand English, so we didn't understand why they asked for a credit card. We took our credit cards and passports to the room and made copies of them. They left our sight. The window of our room was the roof of the outdoor part of the bar, which was made of iron sheets. At about 1 a.m., there were staff working on the roof. We didn't understand what they were doing, but walking on the iron roof, the noise was very loud and they kept talking. It lasted for almost an hour. Finally, we couldn't stand it anymore and opened the window to let them be quiet. That was the end of it.
