Terrible motel , 1 star max, no wifi, no phone, no real towels just thin table cloths, very old and moldy, bed bugs. Staff opens the door at 8am without knocking, had to walk for 30 mins with suitcase up the hill no access by car

Wow firstly we paid for the airport transfer after hours quite late we were greeted by a friendly driver after 11pm it’s about 40 mins from Florence airport. When we arrived very easy check in and taken to our cabin. Lovely inside full amenities and shower gel and soap(could do with washing up liquid and a cloth ). Lots of pools fantastic view’s friendly staff great well stocked supermarket. Also land train really clean and scenic. Veccihio restaurant staff were a bit slow and not very friendly. I would definitely come here again family Friendly and for groups of friends. We got a shuttle €1.80 to the train station for our trip to Florence and train one way was €6 Thank you for a wonderful stay For IMM 2023 international mini meet 2023

Just had a week at this holiday park very big park not many people here as it’s the beginning of the summer must be great for young children but not for teens as far as I can see very big supermarket on site but I used lidls down the town where it’s much cheaper then the site shop plenty of shops and a couple of upmarket restaurants on site as well booked a excursion to Florence on Wednesday but the weather was so bad it was like the monsoon season in Burma ect paid €34 euros but could not go out in this weather thunder lightning so. Went to change for the Friday but was told I had lost my money they said the trip was full on the Friday so if you come to this site don’t pay any money over until you are going that day I was in a 6 berth van with all the stuff you need great fridge cooker shower toilet to small if your a big person it’s only for skinny people you can not walk to the town as it’s far to dangerous if you have children with you as the little roads have no footpaths and the cars ect go very fast on blind bends the town is about 2/3 kilometres from the park restaurants shops ect there I did not see any buses on this road I should imagine this resort would be buzzing in the high season only drawback was getting ripped off for 34 euros there was 3 stacks of old decking and caravan roofing next to me I told them to remove it but this day 6 and only 2 have been taken away

Booked through Canvas/Vacance Select for 9 days Monumental drive from the UK over 4 days - great experience - and arrived at the campsite late in the evening to 35˚C+ temperatures. The weather all week was pretty amazing - maybe too amazing at times - but nonetheless, first impressions of Tuscany as a sun destination were positive. Site is well signposted from the town and easy to find (there are two roads leading to the site). Canvas rep wasn't available (they had gone off shift and were to have the following day off) but the Hu staff were very welcoming and sorted us out. 2-bed cabin (no300 I believe) was conveniently placed near facilities and the pool. We had a private residential spot next door that was a bit weird, never seen that before on a site. Plenty of shade though. Cabin had seen better days TBH; wobbled every time someone moved in bed, had a tired interior and was deffo due for an upgrade TBH (think it was a 'Cosy' spec cabin). The door wouldn't lock properly unless you lifted it off the hinges for the lock to engage. Not great, especially for our kids. The site though.... massive! Good selection of eateries, the bar was big, and the two shops were handy. Pools were all really good, nice and clean and overall, the facilities felt really well looked after and clean. No complaints there. We visited on a VERY busy week where everyone wanted to stay by the pool because of the heat; after 10am it's a struggle to find loungers. There's little respite from the sun because it's quite an open space although about 4pm the area right below the bar does start to go into shade. We spent all our time at the lower set of pools because they were nearest. The site feels safe; security on the gates at all times, security people wandering around. The one-way system within the park confused a few drivers but in general, it's easy to navigate. The train around the site is useful of you can't be bothered to walk up the hills between the two main leisure areas. It's 10 minutes walk between the two bar/shop areas. The pools were all brilliant; the kids loved them and there's a load of selection to keep all ages occupied. The lower bar was nice enough, although €5-6 for a pint of very mediocre beer in a standard pint glass did feel a little poor value; €7-8 for most cocktails (Plenty of people were taking their own drinks up to the pizza area and sitting on the steps/chairs). Staff were all nice. Pizza bar was good; €8-12 for a decent sized pizza. The other snack bars were a bit pricey and not as good, although my son loved he freshly prepared sushi. Shop felt a tad expensive but it did have most things you needed. I was annoyed by the €0.50c surcharge for drinks like beer that had been put in the fridge, felt very cynical and opportunistic. Recall it being closed between 1-4pm like many businesses in Italy. Bread sells out quickly in the morning. Only ate at one of the on-site restaurants once (il Vechio) - food was traditional Tuscan; tas

We love place, people and facilities, but this year we had bad smell on our terrace. But we made best of it. We did visit most of local cities, and wineries. Swimming pools were cold as before, but wife nad kids enjoyed it nevertheless. Takeaway pizza was awesome again.

Really nice camping and a lot of facilities. Great staff members and a lot of swimming pools for young and old. Our first stay at this amazing camping and we will come back next year. That’s for sure!

We stayed in a Eurocamp chalet luckily very close to the main square and pool. The chalet was air conditioned thankfully as we was there during the 40degrees weather. The park itself it very clean, lots of different activities, the main pool area near the square is where we stayed, highly recommend the sun beds at the top tier, less wasps and quieter. The site os incredibly hilly, I walked to the Ants outdoor fitness area, it was more like a hike, it was basically a garage and couldn’t really be called a “fitness centre” was disappointed but made the best of it. The tree top experience was so much fun and great value for money. WiFi shouldn’t really be advertised as available because it was awful in the chalet you had to learn very quickly the spot and not move, usually it wouldn’t bother us but we had no tv either! Other than that we had a great stay. The eurocamp staff made regular visits to ask how our stay is.

The hu entertainment team were magnificent - always happy and enthusiastic. They made the holiday so much fun our children and ourselves. In particular we were super impressed with Silvio who our children adored and who made time to speak with all of them. He was simply fantastic. My 9 year old loved the dance academy with Chiara who also instructed the morning Pilates class which was a lovely way to wake up in the morning. The standard of food was excellent and overall the experience was great.
