We were been very satisfied with accomodation. Hotel is overall pretty nice and well stylized. Staff have been willing everytime we needed some help. Wellness services was excelent! Personally, i would like to highlite the orthopedical mattress and pillows, which is the thing we really appreciate.

We were guests of this hotel one night in July. From the outside it looks nice but the first thing that hits you when you enter is the musty smell in the lobby. The room was nice even if the furnishings were dated. We stayed in the spa, nice but with an annoying smell of bleach and perhaps a little small and poorly maintained. We decided to have dinner in the hotel since at the reception they told us about a dinner with a choice of 5 first courses, second courses, buffet side dish and mixed desserts for 30 euros. It looked good and we had excellent expectations as it was a 4 star! A 4-star hotel that doesn't think about offering a vegetarian menu to its guests but that tries to imitate something at the last moment and that, and this is really nice, apologizes because that very evening there is no fish in menu (typically vegetarian dish!). A further lack of respect and professionalism is the acidic and surly way with which they treated us when we decided to leave the table without having dinner and go to another restaurant in the area to eat something. Same haughty treatment reserved the following morning, as if we had somehow been "branded". Overall terrible experience and definitely not recommended!

The owner, when our boys left the hotel, came to our room without knocking and opened the door as if nothing was. This doesn't seem like an appropriate attitude from a hotel owner to me. Siamo tornati per la terza volta in questo Hotel e abbiamo la conferma assoluta di quanto si stia bene e della qualità del servizio offerto. La colazione è superiore alla media degli Hotel a 4 stelle.A partire dalla spremuta di arance fresche alle crepes fatte al momento e all'abbondanza di dolce e salato disponibile. La scelta per la cena ( 4 primi e 4 secondi) è di grandissimo valore con ampia scelta e soprattutto creata con ingredienti ricercati a di altissima qualità. La SPA è bene attrezzata con 3 tipi di saune diverse l'idromassaggio, la zona relax e la possibilità di farsi una tisana a scelta. L'ambiente familiare dell'Hotel è fantastico grazie al titolare Mario e ai suoi figli Giacomo ( prezioso per i suoi consigli sulle escursioni ) e Edoardo gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite La qualità del sonno è buonissima. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel per caso, poiché eravamo in zona per lavoro. Devo dire che è stata un’ottima sorpresa. Un posto fantastico a ridosso delle Dolomiti. L’hotel è situato all’interno di una caratteristica villa d’epoca. Nella hall siamo stati accolti dal signor Mario. Molto attento alla qualità e al servizio in hotel! La sera abbiamo cenato in hotel e devo davvero fare i complimenti al cuoco. Durante l’orario pomeridiano potete rilassarvi nella bellissima S.P.A. posta al piano seminterrato. Nella struttura è presente un ampio garage. E per finire… crêpes al mattino preparate da un gentilissimo ragazzo.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura, situata in una posizione strategica, con una splendida vista e si trova a due passi dal centro storico pedonale di Fiera di Primiero. L hotel è provvisto di spa molto accogliente e pulita. La cucina è molto curata con antipasti a buffet ricchi e gustosi. Il menù con la doppia lista, di carne e di pesce, è ottimo e sempre variato. La colazione deliziosa e assortita, con dolce e salato. Cucinano al momento le crepes e il succo di arancia è sempre fresco spremuto con estrattore di frutta. La camera è accogliente, con arredo eleganti e di classe, ben organizzata e silenziosa. Il titolare è una persona cordiale e professionale che cura il tutto, assieme ai figli, nei minimi particolari, e mette il cliente a proprio agio. Il personale carinissimo è di una cortesia e gentilezza che mi sono sentita a casa, e con tanta voglia di ritornare per recuperare le energie fisiche e mentali. Lo consiglio vivamente.

E stata proprio una piacevole sorpresa. Ho soggiornato 2 volte nell'ultimo mese e sono stata completamente soddisfatta. Hotel molto carino già dall'ingresso; camere molto ampie e bagno spazioso. Uno spettacolo il giardino esterno con i divanetti e le poltroncine per trascorrere il tempo. Spa bella e pulita ; una menzione d'onore alla ragazza che fa i massaggi. Persona davvero simpatica e competente . Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, consiglio a chiunque passi per questo hotel di prenotare la mezza pensione. Cena divina con un buffet eccezionale. Infine le ultime parole vanno spese per tutto lo staff; è difficile al giorno d'oggi trovare una persona che con un solo sorriso ti trasmetta felicità e serenità. Ecco qui sono tutti così!
