It’s a very good view and beautiful house. It also provides a stove and some wood in your room. It’s very interesting.

Love the scenic view of Emerald Lake lodge, it’s easy to get there but the only thing is that there’s no wifi in room

The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The room was dark and had some spiders and cobwebs. The corner was full of dust. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Banff. There was no Internet or cell phone reception in the room. There was only one restaurant to eat at, which was expensive and very modest. I'm never going back there.

The cabin is comfortable to live in and has beautiful scenery. There will be a shuttle bus to pick you up from the parking lot. After checking in, you may need to carry your luggage and walk a distance to the room, but it is still worth staying.

The sound insulation is very poor, and one wooden house is divided into 4 rooms on the upper and lower floors. The guest on the first floor went to bed at 10 o'clock and complained about the noise of us going up and down the stairs, the fireplace, the sound of water in the toilet, footsteps walking around the room, and talking, which made him unable to sleep at all. I was too embarrassed to walk around at night, and I didn't dare go downstairs to look at the stars, or go out to get wood. The room without a fireplace was really cold. There was no internet access in the room and no signal on my cell phone. It felt like being in prison. At 7 o'clock in the morning, my neighbor on the second floor woke up and I was woken up. I could hear the sound of wood burning in the fireplace next door, chatting, wiping noses, and the toilet. The room terrace is said to have a lake view, but in fact 90% of it is blocked by trees. In summer, you can probably only see the lake through the gaps. It's inconvenient to get in and out, you need to take a shuttle, and there's no signal or Wi-Fi, so I won't say much. The Elk in the restaurant was really bad. I ordered medium rare, but it was so overcooked that I couldn't chew it or swallow it.

Highly recommended. Although the distance is far, the whole hotel is a resort area. It is very quiet. It is recommended to stay for two nights. The restaurant is not expensive, although there are not many choices.

The cabin is located by the lake, with a good location and beautiful environment. The room is clean and comfortable, the service is good, and we were given an upgrade. It is one of the best choices for this trip to Banff.
