Stayed just 1 night. Decent sized room, comfortable beds. Small screen TV. Unnecessarily huge basin in bathroom, no shelves or clothes hooks, no shower doors so floor got all wet and slippery. Noisy Aircon. Poor wifi in room. Miserable bfast provided

It is with a heavy heart that I must write this review for the terrible hotel I had the misfortune of staying in. I must say that my experience was not unique, as many others have expressed similar opinions over the last decade. Firstly, the Wi-Fi was abysmal. It constantly disconnected and had awful speeds. It was practically impossible to get any work done or even browse the internet without frustration. The breakfast was another disturbing aspect of my stay. The eggs had an indescribable taste that left me feeling uneasy. It was basic and unappetizing, to say the least. And don't even get me started on dinner. I had planned an amazing trip to Italy, only to be disappointed by the terrible food served at this hotel. It was cheap, uninspired, boring, tasteless garbage. Who wants to eat such terrible food when visiting Italy? To make matters worse, it took me three nights to finally find almost hot water in the shower. The two previous nights, it was like warm at best. It was a struggle just to take a decent shower. And if you are traveling with a group or family, be ready to only be able to flush the toilet once every ten minutes or so as it takes that long to “recharge.” This was a major inconvenience and made my stay even more unpleasant. In conclusion, I urge anyone reading this review to avoid this hotel at all costs. The terrible Wi-Fi, disturbing breakfast, terrible dinner, lack of hot water, and slow-flushing toilets are just a few of the many reasons why you should choose another place to stay. Do not make the same mistake I did (actually, I didn’t make this mistake…EF Tours made it). And this was considered “In Rome”…not even close. One day it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to drive to Rome.

The lobby was fine but the room #224 was filthy dirty, hand prints all over, holes in the walls, holes in the bathtub, mystery goo on the ceiling. Our group had 12 rooms and every one of them sounded worse than the previous one. 0/5 stars do not recommend.

Hotels. Valid not flawless. But certainly well above some reviews I've read. I was happy with both the rooms and the breakfast; Only flaw. I found myself during a slightly noisy phase of renovation work starting from 9 in the morning. The location is truly excellent, 500 meters from the Roma Nord exit. Definitely worth trying again. Finished works.

Good but improvable structure, I stayed in a new room, very comfortable bed and clean room, new bathroom but small in my opinion. the corridors are not new, however the ground floor and the breakfast room are renovated. friendly staff but perhaps too young. Large, very convenient private parking.

Good structure with ample parking near the Roma Nord exit. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean room and bathroom. Friendly and courteous staff, good quality breakfast with homemade desserts. The only flaw is the slightly noisy air conditioning.

Classic hotel of a now decayed standard, friendly reception staff but very lacking services. In the minibar there were 2 bottles of water (nothing else!) which I didn't use but which I had been mistakenly charged for, I asked for 2 additional pillows and they gave them to me to take to my room without even cellophane for hygiene; very slow restaurant (there was only me and another table of 4 people!) and I waited at least 25 minutes for chicken which turned out to be of low quality, breakfast with an uninviting and refined buffet, in the bathroom of the room not even a soap holder to place the bar of soap! Honestly below average, four stars for sure. I forgot, work is in progress on one floor with consequent comings and goings of workers in the only elevator. Outdoor parking with a view of the recycling bins. It will definitely not be a future destination of mine.
