Amazing place. SPA is really modern and good. Food is amazing. One of the best breakfasts ive tried. We love to come here again and again.

The view is so unique that increses the rating but truthfully apart from the breakfast that is really good, with great offer of bread, cheese, egg, cakes, fruits, including mango, papaya , passion fruit of high quality and attentive service, the lunches were not so exciting, the rooms very average with a terrible plastic bin in toilets, hangers in need of replacement, 47 size slippers that made me feel weird, uncomfortable pillows and nobody ever removed the cigarettes from the ashtray at the terrace during the 3 days I was there. I even made a picture. For such a high price, expected a higher attention to details. As for the illumination, a bit darker in my perspective. Helpful Staff, not very smiling but professional as everything in Switzerland.

The hotel and the staff were amazing. We had a great time. The hotel location is perfect. The view of the room is incredible. Marcos the front desk and Anna our waitress were the best!. We will recommend and come back here. Stay here for your vacation!

I have stayed at this resort 10 years ago and today it was just perfect again , safe , clean , great food , amazing staff, wonderful view , fantastic breakfast, everything was just amazing and wonderful.

Friday night 20:30, we are offered a table outdoors on this beautifully moody evening. The waiter keeps going back and forth to that only table occupied outside. No acknowlegement, no menu for 20 minutes. For such a venue an unacceptable service. We just left.

Fantastic stay overlooking Lake Zurich
Incredible location overlooking Lake Zurich. Perfect service. Very high quality breakfast buffet included with reservation. Newly renovated spa with variety of saunas and infinity pool complement perfect resort facilities.
