The hotel is divided into three buildings all joined together. Some of it seems a bit antiquated - my room had only one spare mains socket and no USB but it was fairly quiet at the front of the hotel and I had a nice little balcony overlooking the harbour. The room was clean and I slept well. The main complaint was that it was a fair way out of town - maybe 15 or 20 minute walk.

Overall, do not expect much from the hotel. It is true that you enjoy the nice view of the marina, but the rooms are exceptionally small even for a petite Asian like myself. The bathroom was the smallest that I have ever seen whereby the sink could be used as an hand rest when you used the toilet. Also, the rooms are not soundproof, so do not have your girl HTHT while you're in your rooms or along the corridors. The hotel is located along the marina which gives you a nice view of the parked yachts and boats. It is also a nice but long walk of about 25-30minutes walk to the town of Fethiye where you can find the touristy fish market. Another alternative is the shared mini bus comes regularly (every 5-10min) which can take you to the heart of town and cost only 2 Lira for a one-way trip. Foodwise, both the dinner and breakfast buffet turned out better than expected. I would say that the selection is limited but at least it tastes good. For example, the dinner buffet had the typical Turkish food such as Lentil Soup which was so tasty that I had 2 servings. Breakfast was also standard Turkish breakfast. Do note that there is no lift to get to the rooms. So it is best to request for rooms on the first floor (as they are bigger as well) and you do not have to lug your luggage up the stairs. As my title says it, it is good for one night.

Staff was just incredible, quiet location right on the water by the marina, breakfast and dinner were good. Our Terrace suite with to Hot Tub outside was simply one of the best rooms my wife and I have stayed in, Simple, small and cozy with built in large flat screen that comes out of the bed's baseboard with a remote control , really cool. Booked one night and ended up staying almost a week !!!

If this had been our first trip to Turkey and stayed here we certainly would not have returned. This hotel is so overpriced, our room was advertised as having views of pine trees, in fact what we got was a balcony in what I can only describe as a greenhouse, we couldnt even open the balcony door it was a billion degrees in there. Got an upgrade to a seaview which was great and the rooms are twice the size, but you can hear everything in neighbouring rooms, extremely off putting. Then the works started, drilling, arch welding, banging not one word of apology or warning from the management. The day before the end of our stay we awoke to find scaffolding had been errected and attached to our balcony, this was covered in cement dust and so was our beach towels and a pair of shorts that had quite clearly been trodden on as the foot print on them was a size 10! The scaffolding had been put up the previous day whilst we had been on a boat trip and we had gone straight out to dinner with friends so hadnt noticed it that night. The best bit was when i got out the shower just a towel round my waist and theres matey boy painting our balcony ! ! Had to stop my husband throwing him off ! ! ! Surely these works should have been done out of season. We promptly booked into another hotel which has just been taken over by an English lady married to a Turkish guy. (Levent Hotel) how welcoming and homely, so much so we are going back to them next year. Ata Park is such a bad hotel, the management of it is appalling a complete lack of regard for its guests, although a handful of staff were very polite this was out weighed by the down right rude and really couldnt care a less ones, in particular the daytime bloke on reception, what a horrible little man!!! You have been warned ! ! !

The hotel appears deluxe with a big lobby.and seemingly every amenity. But our rooms are part of a tour package and do not face the water. In fact the tiny balcony oversees an inner hallway and is not outside.at all. From time to time I got a whiff of tobacco smoke. Paper thin walls allowed for hearing every word spoken in the rooms nearby. On the positive side there was plenty of storage and hanger space. The WiFi was strong but is not on a secured network so the computer had complaints of its own. A happy hour with seating in the courtyard by the pool precedes the buffet dinner. There were a couple of hot entrees and lots of cold salads. The coffee and tea machines were covered up at night, only available at breakfast. The breakfast spread was amazing. There was even a fresh omelette station, and the server seemed delighted when we asked if we could take his picture, responding “why not?” Not the best hotel on our tour, but overall pretty good.

We stayed here 2 nights and stood in awe at the amazing view of the marine harbour from our windows, which also became our doors out to the balcony. The rooms were rather small, but did offer a couch as well. The hotel itself was certainly older, and we had to climb up 2 levels of stairs to reach our room. The room was comfortable and clean, but we did find the bathroom rather tight on space. We found the breakfast quite limited, as was the dinner. The hotel was well located, and only 15 - 20 mins walk to the main town area. There was a free town shuttle bus if you preferred not to walk. Overall, I guess the magnificent views compensated somewhat for the other shortcomings. I nearly forgot - I had a great Turkish Hamam at the hotel. Although there were some language difficulties which led to some early reservations, the bath and massage was fantastic.

The hotel gives a good impression from the outside only, but from the inside it is a disaster that does not deserve 4 stars. Firstly, the hotel has three floors without an elevator, so you can get a room on the third floor and have to take the stairs... Secondly, the breakfast is not very varied compared to 4-star hotels. ...The rooms are very small, and it is also very far from the city center, and it will cost you 100 Turkish liras by car. Thirdly, the lack of security and bad behavior. We woke up at 2 in the morning with someone violently hitting the door and then he was able to open it by force and without a key. Then it became clear that he was drunk and made a mistake in the room number. So, if he was drunk and unbalanced and was able to open the door, then what can a sane person do, in his senses, and with luck? We remembered locking the door with a swing bar before sleeping, which prevented the person from entering. Worse than that was screaming and being kicked out of the reception. When we spoke and inquired, they shouted at us, told us to get out of there, and threatened to use violence, had it not been for the intervention of the agency we came with, then we left the next day, and after all this, I can. Saying that it was the worst night we had and ruined the whole trip... I do not recommend it, you can get a lot of hotels and it will not be worse than this.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I don’t understand, how do they even have 4 stars? Half the things in the room are not functional, and room conditions are terrible; the floor isn’t cleaned properly, the walls are falling apart, and the water smells terrible.
