Diana Residence

We have just returned from a 2 week break to Diana Residence, we found that the property has amazing sized rooms.. we had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment for just 2 of us. It had everything you needed to enjoy a self-catering holiday. No problem at all getting sun beds at any time of day. Unfortunately, they have no mattresses and are extremely uncomfortable, an easy fix for the hotel. The staff are wonderful, without exception they are all friendly, helpful and have time for you. I struggled with the beds. The mattress was extremely worn, and there were springs jutting through, having 3 bedrooms. I tried other rooms but the same problem existed. This alone will make me think twice about rebooking as a good night's sleep is conducive to a good holiday.

We have just had a lovely restful holiday at the Diana apartments,we had a 1 bedroom self catering apartment just above the restaurant it was lovely & clean the kitchen facilities were very good and modern including a dishwasher fridge freezer & washing machine I found the bed to be very comfortable and had my favourite soft thin duvet and comfy pillows 9.5/10 The Air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was a large LCD tv if you needed to use it, good Wi-Fi connection throughout the residence. The pool area was spotless, no loud music plus the pool was of a perfect temperature….Had it got walk in steps for people with mobilities/senior guests instead of a ladder I would give it a 10/10 The food we ate both at breakfast lunchtime and evening meal was always good and appetising along with the freindly service we received. The two kind housemaids were spot on and very helpful & friendly, they always left us a nice clean apartment with fresh sheets & towels changed roughly every 3 days! Nice 🇹🇷 ladies I aim to learn some more Turkish next year so I can thank them both as they are very polite The Manager and receptionist of the hotel are both genuinely nice people with a good sense of humour, nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay and even assisted my disabled partner on our departure with all of our cases in a torrential downpour of rain ☔️ There is a small convenience shop next to reception, really handy for essentials and daily fresh bread 🥖 & milk etc… There is a Bus/Dolmus stop literally 2 minutes walk away from the hotel plus a taxi rank opposite the bus stop that can get you quickly into the centre of Calis if you don’t fancy the pleasant 20 minute walk. To boot there is also a button adjacent to the hotel you can press to request a taxi 🚕 and will,usually arrive within 5 minutes roughly £4 to the centre of Calis _Dolmus about 50p ! All in all a great relaxing experience and we will definitely be returning in 2026 🌞🇹🇷 🏨 Just one minor complaint🫣 Can we please have some better quality darts 🎯 next year in the small games room 🤣😃 180 🎯 🎯🎯🙏

We came here yesterday and was impressed on arrival. We are both 71 and asked for a ground floor room The rooms are large and we were given a room with two double bedrooms and large balcony. 5 metres from the steps on our balcony is the communal pool which is spotlessly clean There are supermarkets and a greengrocer about a 10 minutes walk away. I took a backpack to carry them home. The room only has a coffee percolator so next time I’d bring a portable kettle which we left at home It is quiet around here but you can get minibus or there’s a taxi firm on crossroads corner about 250 metres away. We love our first visit to Turkey
