The room was good overall, the hotel looked grand overall, and the room was a good size. There is no problem putting the suitcase in there. It is not particularly new. There are many cute cats in the hotel lobby.

Pros: Good location, lots of food nearby, in the center of town.
Disadvantages: The room card was invalid several times during the two days of stay, and the front desk's English was not good enough for communication. Going up and down the stairs several times did not solve the problem. There was only one quilt in the twin room when I checked in. The shower gel and shampoo in one was not of good quality. The quality of the towel is not good and my body feels itchy after wiping it.

The location is very good. It's close to Starbucks and a mart, and it's great to walk around at night. I didn't use the swimming pool, but the view was amazing. The room was large and clean ~~ The breakfast was varied and delicious ^^ The staff was friendly and it was a good value for money hotel. If there was one thing that was disappointing, there was no large central light in the room other than the auxiliary building, so it was a little uncomfortable haha. Overall, it was a very satisfactory hotel ~~ Highly recommended!!

Хорошее для нас расположение отеля. Завтраки не очень вкусные, большой выбор блюд. Не работал фен и холодильник в номере - с проблемой не обращались. Не работал кондиционер - обратились, быстро починили. Номера старые, чисто, без запахов. В целом - всё нормально, соответствует цене.

We had booked to eat dinner in which the buffet was empty. Once we started to complain, they served frozen but fried food that was uneatible. On top of that they had 1 person in the restaurant that did every single chore from cooking, serving, etc. The rooms were stuffy with no soap and toilet paper. Very rude reception old man. Wifi was not working. Unacceptable!
