We stayed here for a couple of nights recently and found the hotel to be clean efficient and comfortable We ate in the restaurant extensively and found the quality of the food to be fantastic and the creative menus. were both tasty and inventive However it went downhill from here My wife had booked for treatments with the spa and found it disorganized to say the least They were running behind so she was put in a relaxation room between treatments with two men watching YouTube videos – hardly relaxing As for the thermal baths the showers had black mold on them The spa does not have a lack of people working there but it does have a complete lack of management and leader ship as staff are often milling around aimlessly or sitting down shouting at customers go left, go right In summary if you are coming just to stay in the hotel and eat at the restaurant it is a great place but to think hard before you use the spa The spa is in desperate need of some leader ship that has actually experience in running a spa to make it a welcoming customer friendly place It is not a cheap place and therefore customers deserve better service

The B&B is located in the old city of Medina. It takes about 500 meters to walk to get off the taxi. There are people on the roadside to help drag luggage. The door of the hotel is too small.
