Super beautiful establishment, excellent welcome. The staff takes great care, the rooms are very beautiful, the bedding is top notch!! The couscous is delicious The breakfasts are very generous, it’s a real brunch! I highly recommend this place.

We have just spent a short week in this wonderful palace, with our 10 year old grandson, it was THE gift. It was he who chose Morocco and more precisely Fez. On our arrival in Fez, surprise, we have to walk on foot in the streets of the medina, fortunately accompanied by a charming man dispatched for us; there are already a lot of people in the streets, then we arrive in front of a door which does not allow us to guess the wonders in which we are going to live. And there, once you enter: surprise, it's grandiose, magnificent, relaxing, everything is beautiful. The staff is charming, a very special note for the cook and the waiter: very attentive, even for the choice of menus, all really excellent, to our liking. We quickly realize that we are close to everything that interests us in Fez. Good organization of visits to Fez with a guide and excursions, and what a joy to find yourself after a hot and hectic day in this haven of peace and beauty with the pleasure of the small swimming pool; just a regret, the hammam is not offered, we plan to come back next year..for the 10th birthday of another grandson. Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti con mia moglie e mia figlia in questo Riad nella Medina di Fez. Comodo per visitare ogni punto di interesse della città ed apprezzarne l’atmosfera, con cui bisogna sicuramente prendere le misure. Stanze belle, ampie e pulite, così come ogni spazio comune è ben curato. Tutto lo staff è molto gentile e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni necessità o richiesta. Colazione ottima. Consiglio vivamente questo posto se si ha intenzione di soggiornare a Fez. Bravi!

Très beau riad, calme, confortable, décoré avec goût, alliant modernité et culture marocaine. L'accueil est très chaleureux, le personnel est extrêmement serviable, se mettant en quatre pour le bien-être de ses clients.L'emplacement est top pour visiter la Médina. Après 5 jours à Fès, nous avons quitter à regret ce havre de paix. Idéal pour un séjour agréable. Nous vous le recommandons vivement.

Tout d’abord un énorme Merci à Icham ! Icham est extraordinaire ! Toujours présent, toujours très serviable et aimable ! Il se mets en 4 pour satisfaire les clients. Le Riad est beau et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, les repas servis sont très bons. Juste un point à souligner : la qualité des gels douche et shampooing est à revoir. Le vin est un peu cher aussi mais plutôt bon. Très bon séjour dans la globalité.
