必須先指出酒店房間很便宜，甚至包括早餐，但我確實建議大家選擇另一間酒店，我很公正，我很少會作出這樣的建議。我先後分開了兩次入住，第一次入住酒店沒有提供沖涼液及熱水，也沒有風筒，你可以想像整個旅程三晚住宿幾乎都沒有熱水洗澡是多麼痛苦。我嘗試跟酒店職員反映這個問題，但是櫃檯長期是沒有職員的，標示的「二十四小時前台服務」是假的。第二次入住時我向職員反映了問題，職員建議我先開水在等候10分鐘就會有熱水洗澡，但是結果都是沒有熱水，而且這次房間連毛巾也沒有提供，我已經心灰意冷，再找職員也沒有用，因為櫃檯職員也已經離開了，我乾脆不洗澡了，很難過。你可能會問我為什麼明知道這麼差還要入住兩次，因為訂單是一早預訂的，我入住完第一次以後已經想取消，但是他要求我支付罰款所以我才決定勉強住多一晚。

We arrived on a Tuesday and left on a Friday. Do you know what room service is? Ok, well it doesn't exist there. They never made the room or changed towels in the entire week we were there. The room was very humble, almost third world. The photos They speak for themselves. The TV never worked, the bed was very hard, the pillows were destroyed, the shower came out with water everywhere, the bed as soon as we arrived we found hair and the sheets were extremely used and of a size that did not correspond to the mattress (very small ), some broken and loose floor tiles, etc. We had a problem (cut on the foot) with the screw that protruded from the floor, making it a stop for the screen. We asked several times for clean towels but they never arrived. The breakfast is good, but you should know that it is all to be shared between the different guests... each one there with their education and hygiene (I recommend going down at 9 o'clock sharp to be one of the first in sitting, even though the hostess is not excessively "punctual".. In short, bad experience, unhygienic, not very comfortable and little desire to improve. The only good thing is the location.

I have never had such a bad experience. I have no words for the absolutely wrong behavior of the woman at the reception, Hasnae. They subsequently charged us for the 3 nights of accommodation even though we didn't stay any, since we had to leave the site on the first night due to all the complications that arose from the first moment. We arrived around 4:30 p.m., after having told them that we were by train and that we would arrive shortly. From minute 1 the impression we had was of a place that was not equipped to receive guests, the accommodation was under construction. He told us we had to wait a bit before going up to the room. We waited for more than an hour and a half downstairs to have access to the room, after 6 hours of traveling. The bathrooms on the ground floor were very dirty (with underwear lying around) and, apart from construction materials (bags of cement and so on), there was a lot of dust on the stairs. The room was smaller and more cramped than it seemed in the photo and the bathroom did not match what appeared in the images. This is the least of it. There was no shower gel or shampoo, as it should have been included, and neither were they provided when we asked. Well, it can happen. We returned in the evening after dinner and found cockroaches in the room and on the beds. There was no one at the reception and, having no other option, we had to find another place to spend the night and where we went at 1:00 in the morning. The next day the Riad had been contacted by Booking, since we had contacted customer service to notify them of the situation and that we could not stay there for not complying with even the minimum. We stopped by the Riad to explain everything that happened personally and tell them that we were going to stay somewhere else. Not a "sorry" or anything like that. The woman listened to us and, when she told us that we had to cancel the reservation, I told her that they had to cancel it and that from booking they needed to receive an email confirming what had happened on their part and that we had not spent a single night there. We went to talk to her twice and with the excuse that she did not handle the reservations and that the owner was in another city, she told us that she would contact me in an hour. He never contacted me again or responded to my WhatsApp message. He also didn't give us any option to meet halfway. Nothing. He also charged us for the full 3 nights, knowing that we were somewhere else and that we had to pay there too. It has been very bad management by a dishonest and lying person who is only interested in money and who does not even know what it means to dedicate yourself to this profession. We feel disappointed. I leave it to your conscience. May this thirst for money at the detriment of other respectful and honest people bring these people what they deserve in life and in their work.

Dar well located, not expensive, Cleanliness remains to be reviewed, the bathroom is dilapidated, bedroom door with broken lock and therefore a padlock instead. We shortened our stay due to the heat of Fes as well as the poor comfort of the Dar. Positive note the excellent breakfast and the pleasant host.
