Amazing memorable experience that is worth to travelled for! Was lucky to snap up the last room on my travel dates. It was refurbished from a palace so there are alot of beauty still well kept within. There is a small pool and a rooftop dining area. Staff were hospitable and always there to help. Directions are well marked but also possible to get lost within.

This Raid is located in the old city of Fez, within walking distance of the main attractions. According to the owner, the house of this hotel is an ancient building from the 14th century, very beautiful and aesthetic. The owner and the waiter are very friendly and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is also very rich and delicious. It's just that the room supply is a bit tight, otherwise I would stay for a few more days.

Pros: The building is nice with full of decoration and nice room with hot water and the functional heat Also with the excellent hammam service. Cons: Bad and differentiate attitude to the customer. We agreed on the breakfast time due to the early schedule. We came up early because to take nice pictures and enjoy the view but the manager and employees keeps nagging on it and even complaining the wrong message to our driver! I am the one to say “good morning “ to them politely and the manager and the workers used the bad attitude to treat their customers and we feel really not right.

Amazing value for the money , very good service was very satisfied with my stay . Friendly hassle-free place , breakfast server was very friendly with my kid . We tried the restaurant twice it was amazing . I will definitely be back . We felt teleported to an old era looking at the architecture it's a piece of art

Great hospitality by everyone, serving the mint tea and explaining the history of Fes at the check-in, to the delicious breakfast at the terrace and very kind personnel. Also, very good internet to work remotely. They will get you early breakfast to-go if you have to leave before the breakfast is served. Highly recommended.

Best riad in morocco,magical building with a lot of carvings. WY wife and I stayed in January and our stay was fabulous and we were more than happy, we took the guide from the hotel and was very knowledgeable and informative, he helped us for our shopping
