The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :)
I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

Perfect place to stay! A traditional Moroccan Riad located in the old town of Fes. The car cannot enter the old town of Fes, so someone from the B&B will come out to pick you up and help you with your luggage. The B&B is beautiful, you must stay here! The only problem is that you have to climb very high steps to have breakfast, which is not very friendly to the elderly. Other than that, everything is perfect, you must experience Moroccan style accommodation!

Beautiful riad, super helpful staff...perfect location for touring Fes Stayed in the Green Room, it was quiet and convenient. Dined on rooftop and service was fine, food also. Staff helped us with every request including getting a tour guide

Excellent location and ambience. The riad has a lovely rooftop restaurant. The breakfasts are delicious. We highly recommend their driver/guide, Omar ❤️. He drove us to Rabat and gave us a great tour- then on to Casablanca. We saw so much in such a short space of time for a very reasonable price.

This is a beautifully restored Riad, and our room, The Terrace Suite, was just as shown in the photos. What made the visit special however were the charming staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. They arranged everything with a smile, from a late meal on arrival, mint tea whenever requested, to excellent drivers and guides to help us explore the City.

We arrived in the early evening after a long drive. We weren't happy with the room allocated to us (Brown Room) so asked to be relocated and while the receptionist said they had no other rooms, the manager kindly relocated us to a beautiful room on the main floor with a fireplace and gorgeous bathroom. We were grateful for that as the first room was unsatisfactory. Gorgeous property, tastefully decorated, lovely patio with indoor and exterior space, extremely luxurious.

Wonderful, beautiful riad. Rooms very nice and beautiful. The entire place was outstanding. Staff the nicest and most helpful ever, each one of them - outstanding. Breakfast and dining very nice. Very happy with the location. Would love to come back and stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The service and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained. It was our best stay in Morocco. Book the hotel and also their dinner service in advance. Breakfast was delicious too especially on the roof top.
