Out of our week in Morocco this was the worst Riad we stayed at. The room was ok however the bathroom was awful. The shower handle was rusty and had flies in it. There was a leak from the roof when it was raining that came into the bathroom floor. The breakfast wasn’t the best. Dirty cups and napkins. They didn’t even clean our room and we still have our used towels that weren’t changed. Had to ask for my toilet paper cause they didn’t come to clean the room. We couldn’t wait to get out.

The worst location I've ever seen. Dirty dirty dirty and one more time dirty. We got a room with crumbles on the table and leftovers (probably from the previous guests). The towels were Grey (intended to be white), with a heavy dirty smell, the door was badly opening and the windows was not closing. We decided to leave in the same day, as this is almost not human

Very old very traditional riad in good location but could do with refurbishment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable beds. Lots of steps if not on ground floor therefore would not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Roof terrace has great views of Fez. Felt dark but cool didn’t use AC

Why did we go here ? 55 euros and the food was basic, 25cl (small) beers were 5 euro, entertainment was equivalent of a primary school produced show. The unprofessional performers even tried to get tips . The musicians were engrossed with their phone more than playing instruments. No atmosphere, no value, no quality - Don’t go 😖

Très beau Riad ! Le palais est très beau et très grand. Il donne vraiment envie de rester dans les pièces centrales toute la journée ! C’est une ambiance orientale très sympa, avec peu de bruit. Il comprends également une piscine qui a l’air très agréable pour l’été ! Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux, toujours au petit soin. Les chambres de l’hôtel sont très belles et spacieuses. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour y passer un agréable séjour.

Demasiado caro para lo que es....desayuno increible...margarina servida en su caja usada como viejos potes de semblante de nutella...con la marcas de los dedos de los viajeros de antes...huevas bañando en aceite....ducha tapada con ciucedad...pelos y...hemos reservado con fotos de otro hotel....el supuestanente dueno...encuentra excusas sobre excusas...hablando de croisant de roof...no hay ni piscina ni roof ...ni NADA

Beau Ryad richement décoré. Très plaisant pour les parties communes. Chambres (2 utilisées) décorées, grandes mais avec peu de lumière naturelle et peu insonorisées. Literie correcte.Hygiène douteuse car le ménage est trop imparfait. Vétusté des mobiliers et équipements. Point fort : Gentillesse du personnel (serveuse véritablement agréable) et qualité de l'accueil. Le petit déjeuner est sympathique. Point faible : prix du forfait nuit par personne (taxe touristique ??) double de celui annoncé par le voyagiste (50 dma soit environ 5 euros), déjà décrié dans d'autres avis.

Un Riad majestueux. Literie très propre, petit déjeuner bon et copieux, accueil de qualité. Une gestion familiale. Possibilité de repas sur place. Un peu excentré mais le taxi est très bon marché. Nous avons été très bien reçus. Un grand merci pour la qualité de votre accueil.
