We had an great stay at riad Zamane. The beautiful architecture and serene atmosphere truly made it feel like a hidden gem. A special thanks to our wonderful hosts, Ismael and Zacha, for their incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of, offering excellent recommendations.

I recommend this Riad for beauty, cleanliness, delicious breakfast and above all professional and empathic staff. In particular, thanks to Fatima, who managed to coordinate the shipment to Milan with my courier of a ring with affective value invaluable, that I forgot in the Riad. So the Riad is run by people with gracious and honest.

Absolutely sincere service and offered to carry heavy luggage up 4 floors to the penthouse suite and very attentive to amenities without being prompted. Felt very well taken care off like family. Great toast breakfast!! The turnover between meals were fast too.

Wonderful hotel, service , location , Suites, everything perfect for our stay in Fes. Front desk lady was attentive with all of our needs, walking distance to main shopping halls. I felt very safe all the time . Thank you .

The hotel is OK - located centrally, not too far from the bazaar. The hotel folks are nice and help you with everything - breakfast is good and they will accommodate your needs. Rooms are OK. The price seems a bit high for the quality of the place. The only two issues we had (a) they clean the room before you arrive, but do not check the AC, so it was an elaborate process to fix it. But they did fix it eventually - note to hotel staff, please check AC before arrival, as Morocco can be hot. (b) We had to pay by cash even though we were told earlier CC is an option (their CC machine was not working). Again, a heads up would have been good, so I could have drawn money earlier. But other than these two hiccups, which did come with a lot of sincere apologies from the hotel staff, the stay was pleasant. Staff were very courteous in general.

What a great place. A warm welcome with mint tea. Everything is done to make you feel very good. Lots of advice to make your stay a perfect success. We had dinner at the Riad the evening of our arrival and it was great!!! The breakfast is also very very good. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and always spotless each time we returned. The Riad took care of booking the activities that interested us. Finally, the Riad offers massages and it is absolutely magical. The lady we dealt with is exceptional. She puts all her heart into it so that we leave refreshed and relaxed. In short: this is an address to put first on the list! Thank you for everything

We spent 4 days and 3 nights in Fez with our family. The Riad, located at the gates of the Medina, was exceptional! We were welcomed by Fatima who showed us the map of the medina and the activities to do around it, she also gave us tips and advice to make our stay go as well as possible! After enjoying a tea, we went to our rooms. One was equipped with a private terrace, it was very pleasant and was perfect for recharging your batteries, the other had everything of a real fairy tale room. The place is calm and welcoming. The rooms are clean, and the huge beds are both firm and enveloping. Having back pain and trouble falling asleep in general, I woke up without pain and rested. We asked to have a guide, Fatima took care of finding one for us and Rachid could not have been more perfect. Both informative, accommodating and a very good negotiator, he accompanied us throughout our stay! The breakfasts and meals were excellent, rich and tasty. There is something for everyone! We also enjoyed the Hammam and a one-hour massage from which we all came out more than conquered and relaxed! Overall, this stay was perfect, attentive staff, total relaxation and we didn't even want to go home! Thanks to Fatima, Miriam and Rachida as well as their colleagues for this stay that we will remember for life!

Riad nella primissima periferia della medina, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Entrando si percepisce subito l'essenza del Marocco. Colori, profumi, architettura marocchina in ogni angolo. Il titolare, gentilissimo,ci accoglie con cordialità offrendoci un the alla menta,mentre ci accompagna a vedere il Riad,dalla sala principale alla terrazza,piena di cactus,alla zona relax e all'area massaggi. Propone un menù alla carta con piatti marocchini rivisitati e una carta dei vini. Tutto ottimo. Anche la colazione buonissima.
