Hotel Mounia

I thought this hotel was very pretty and we had a nice room. We were with a tour group and stayed here. It was comfortable, had WiFi. Breakfast in the morning. Tub was very high though so need to be careful. The only thing I didn’t like is there is a nightclub on site so it is quite noisy when you are trying to sleep. Staff was nice.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. A staff member interrupted our breakfast to ask me to scan a QR code and leave a review so her boss could see it. So here it is. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable (worse than a sofa bed) and made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, even on the lowest setting, making it a choice between freezing or sweating in silence. The room itself was outdated and felt neglected, with visible dirt and wear that suggested it hadn’t been properly updated in years. On the positive side, the breakfast was decent and the staff were generally competent. Unfortunately, those were the only redeeming qualities in an otherwise poor stay

We came here as part of a tour and it was a good experience! The rooms were confortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very nice accommodation with a clean bed and bathroom. It has all the necessities and is kept to a high standard. The breakfast was also very nice as they let you choose from a variety of different things.

I have been to this hotel with groups of travelers who were visiting Fes, and we always got good service and well taken care of. The hotel itself is also great and has beautiful Moroccan architecture.
