I stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. A staff member interrupted our breakfast to ask me to scan a QR code and leave a review so her boss could see it. So here it is. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable (worse than a sofa bed) and made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, even on the lowest setting, making it a choice between freezing or sweating in silence. The room itself was outdated and felt neglected, with visible dirt and wear that suggested it hadn’t been properly updated in years. On the positive side, the breakfast was decent and the staff were generally competent. Unfortunately, those were the only redeeming qualities in an otherwise poor stay
