The building and decorations are breathtaking but the service it leaves much to be desired. We were a group of 7 included 2 couples. Our room was tiny and smelled humid but in the others couple room sheets wasn’t cleaned as they found dried semen on it before get in bed, also towels and robes where not clean. We decided to ate in the restoran inside the hotel but they came really late with our dinner and personally asked for a dish with beef and they send me lamb (it tasted like lamb very strongly and I’m allergic)

This is the best place to stay in fez. The decor is better than any photo can show. The food is amazing and we had the greatest server, Mohammed. While we usually stay simple with our cocktails when traveling through Morocco we had mojitos here and they were fantastic. Definitely try the cous cous and chicken pastille. Yum yum

This place is totally rundown. The service is poor, The food has a poor quality, The owner himself is rude and unprofessional. Don't go there. They charge 3 times higher for a bottle of beer. The entire place including rooms needs a major left and repair.

Stayed three nights and was treated like royalty. Breakfast was fantastic and the one dinner we had was great too. Our room was clean and well supplied. Marcus was always available, friendly, and very helpful. His staff was helpful as well.

We booked a 4 night stay on expedia.com with quite a fair price for a short stay with our 1 year old son and paid the full amount, a month before the trip. 3 days before the first night the hotel cancelled the reservation, "at our request" mentioned the email, and they sent the money back. Immediately, the room was proposed at a price 5 times more higher that what we have initially paid. This is just fraudulent behaviour .. Fes got busy in this period and they knew they could get more on that room. Be aware that if you book there, unless you pay 500€/night they will cancel your reservation just before you arrive, good luck for finding last minute accomodation in Fes.

This hotel was booked by Gate 1 as part of the Moroccan tour. There was a last minute change to this hotel as the other hotel was overbooked. The whole place looked like it needed maintenance. Our room had a bad odor when we walked in and there was no electricity. The hotel does not have its own backup generator. The staircase going up to the third floor was dark and narrow. Overall not impressed by this place.
