The lobby of a 400-year-old house is luxuriously decorated, but the layout and structure of the old building are unsatisfactory. The guest room requires climbing up steep and narrow stairs, so it is not recommended for the elderly or people with limited mobility. This place is also inaccessible by car. You have to walk for 5 minutes and it is uphill through messy alleys. There are usually people pushing carts (porters) on the street who want to help you carry your luggage. You will have to pay 3-4 euros depending on the size of your luggage. The taste and charges of their restaurants are reasonable. The front desk will also recommend chartered cars for travel, but we tried the driver and found it average and the charges are not cheap. There are no decent restaurants around. It takes about 10 minutes to walk if you want to eat. For those who want to experience living in a Riad, you may want to try this place with low prices and decent facilities.

The location is close to the ancient city station, not too noisy, and sleeps quietly! The price is also right, very good! The room is huge. The staff is enthusiastic! The terrace is large and overlooks the entire ancient city.

旧市街の脇道？入ったところにあって、
脇道が凸凹の坂道だから、スーツケースは辛い。
部屋は広い！(入った瞬間、え、広くない？ってなったから笑)モロッコレベルで考え出たら全然広いし水周りも全然良い！(日本人の私にはここ重要)
兄ちゃん達若いんだけど、めっちゃ頑張って将来の目標に向かって仕事してる笑 凄く親切！！！朝ごはんが付いてくるのもポイント高い。
モロッコ伝統リヤドに泊まれたの凄く良かった！結構おすすめできる

My language is spanish but I will try my best. I stayed here for 4 night, with my wife, as part of the honey moon. We stayed in a beautiful and very comfortable room in the terrace. This terrace is wonderful, so relaxing to see the sunset and the night. We had dinner there every night. Food was delicious, lot of flavour and the tables and chairs are super detailed. The most important thing: the people working here, they are as kind as one person can be. They helped us for every doubt, they took care of us and they are funny too, making this a happy place to stay. Marwan and Taha were very friendly and good people, as all of the employees. We leave wanting to come back one day. Thank you

Frankly, I spent the night and had dinner in this beautiful restaurant and hotel. Frankly, the food is delicious and very wonderful. The restaurant has an upper floor overlooking the entire city. Even the waiters, frankly, did beautiful tasks and made great efforts. I thank Alia, Marwan, and Othman and Omar and I thank all those responsible for this beautiful restaurant.

Very nice reception upon arrival, the staff are very obliging and offer any help, information and directions you may need to navigate and fully experience the city. They are very understanding of tired travellers, offer help with luggage, and even with our very early departure they served us a delicious breakfast before departing. Our room was very beautifully furnished in the traditional Moroccan style, and the rooftop terrace offers a great view of the city.

If you ever have the chance to stay here and meet the owners, do it! The restoration work they have done on this dar is incredible, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is made with love, and the views from the terrace are breathtaking. Don't forget to book a private cooking class with Ouliya. The experience is one you will never forget.

The Rihad it’s great, clean an really beautiful. They made me fell like in home. ( also the food it’s amazing and they have a really nice terrace where you can see all the Medina ), I’m going back definitely.
