I had high expectations and made reservations long in advance. Arriving in Fes at night, it was raining, a young man started giving me directions without asking me for a tip, and when I finally arrived, for some reason he asked me to have tea on the rooftop? I was guided to a restaurant. I endured the rain and was extremely cold, hoping to check in as soon as possible.
After a while, I was told that there were no rooms available and that I would be taken to a different location. I was disappointed as I was really tired and had been looking forward to Riyadh.
When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff kept saying things like ``Don't worry,'' and it was a strange atmosphere. I didn't feel sincerity. I no longer have good memories of the city of Fez.

The chef, mother to our attentive, friendly, articulate, and skillful waiters, should be in the Michelin guide. The assorted salad dishes - eggplant, beets, carrots, two potato salads, cucumbers - were seasoned superbly. We ordered three entrees, each excellent. Steep stairs to the terrace rooftop are well worth the climb to glass walled, intimate, comfy dining room. Bravo!

We were so happy staying in this family-run Riad in the centre of Fes. The warm welcome began as Amine (a member of the family) met us at the taxi drop off and escorted us to the riad (which would have been very hard to find in the maze-like streets of Fes old town). They gave us so much information about the city and couldn’t have been more helpful. I recommend booking some tours through them as they were great. We were made to feel very much at home there. The rooms were absolutely stunning! I also recommend eating in their rooftop restaurant upstairs-all the food was delicious. This was a true authentic Moroccan experience. Thank you so much Abdul, Amine, Ouslid and Mahmoud (and the rest of the family)!

The food was delicious. The view was great. The highlight, however, was Amine who went above and beyond to help us get situated in Fes. He took time to explain the city and its history/culture. He even took out a map and showed us all of the important places to visit. Would definitely recommend!

When my girlfriend and I were dropped off by our cab, we were immediately met by one of the members of the family who run the Riad and instantly treated like family! He helped us with our luggage and led us directly to the Riad where we were greeted by the rest of the family who then offered us tea after a long day of travel. They helped us with navigating the area, and made sure to give us all of the personal recommendations and tips we would need for our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and anything we needed all we had to do was ask. The hospitality was incredible and I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here! The restaurant on the top floor was amazing, all of the food was cooked by one of the members of the family and it was delicious. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Hamza and his cousins were so welcoming, we really had a great stay! The hotel is beautiful, the food at the restaurant is amazing and the location is great as well as it’s not too touristic but you can easily get to other parts of the medina quite quickly.

Excellent service and hospitality by Abdul and his brothers! They are willing to help out 24/7 and are always going above and beyond. Aditionly, this place was extremely clean and comfortable (the cleanest of all riads we have stayed in Morocco). the wifi and the air conditioning were also superb! This was 100% worth the money.

Absolutly amazing! The staff (a team of brothers) is so nice, so helpful, so considerate! Thank you a lot for this great stay, we loved to be with you! I completely recommend this place, and it’s inside the Medina which is very convenient! Plus, the mint tea is delicious!
