Upgrade upon arrival. Asked for a quiet room and given a quiet room. Very modern, clean rooms. Pool area lovely. Gym very good, lots of equipment. Booked a further 2 nights and given the upgrade again to stay in the same room as the hotel was quiet. This is what I would expect however, it doesn’t often happen so pleased it did.

Great place, very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows exceptional 😌. Have been twice and will go again. Great for a solo traveller, I was made very welcome by all the staff, who are very friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is a lovely size not too big and very private.

We’ve had an excellent stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean, shower is pleasant, beds are good and the breakfast is perfect with fresh bread, and all type of fresh products ranging from ham, eggs and fresh fruit. Continuously the staff is refilling everything. Also the staff is nice, in particular a special thanks to Edouardo. Edouardo is a hard worker who also reserves room to make a chat with the guests in any type of language. Besides that Edouardo provides tips to the guests on what is nice to do in the region. All in all we’ve had a perfect stay, and would definitely recommend this hotel!

We were a unsure when we first arrived here. Our room was large and the patios are huge. Everything was spotless and it felt new. Lots of sunbeds and a nice pool. Would have been nice to have sunbed mattresses. This is one of those places where they give you towel tokens. It’s then down to you to take your towels back to reception to exchange them. Would be simpler to leave a towel bin near the pool and put fresh towels in your room each day, or have them near tomhe pool to collect. Many of the staff have limited English, which is not their fault, but it does make if difficult ordering things sometimes. We considered using the restaurant but it had no atmosphere and zero views. Location is OK, there is a great beach around 10 minute walk away. There’s a restaurant opposite the hotel, but take cash as they don’t accept cards and you’d have to have international banking set up if you wish to pay online. Breakfast was reasonable and lots of options. You won’t be disappointed here, but you also wont’t be wowed.

I joined the air conditioned Gym as i was staying locally. This place is amazing, i used all the facilities including the Spa and Treatments. However it was the Gym that i loved the most. Staff on hand to give you support and very reasonably priced PT. Miguel & Roberto go above and beyond. I will be back.

This was our second visit to the hotel. The facility is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. A special shout-out is deserved here to Eugenia in the pool bar who cannot do enough to serve you and will tirelessly take pictures as required. Every member of staff is so professional and engaging. Pool is a good size, plus a children's pool— plenty of sun beds with shade. Our room was a one-bed poolside apartment with a small functional kitchenette facility (2 ring hob, sink and full-size fridge). The bathroom and shower are huge. Maid service every day. Breakfast was good and can be taken outside on the patio. We didn't try the restaurant in the evening although the menu looked good (emphasis on meat) and seemed reasonably priced. Walking distance (10 mins) the "secret" beaches at melho and pintadinho. Walk to Ferragudo town square, which is 20 minutes. A return Uber is approx 5-6 euros. There is complimentary car parking beneath and on the side of the complex. Am already arranging a return next year.
