Amigos Para Sempre - Guesthouse

We had an excellant holiday staying at Amigos Para Sempre. Between Esther , Lois, and Ushi they made our stay most welcoming and homely. Each day we enjoyed a hearty breakfast before taking a gentle walk to the beaches which is a good 20minute walk. One can also relax by the huge swimming pool enjoying soaking up the sun on the loungers or sitting at the tables watching the sun go down. Very very highly recommended at a reasonable cost. A super accommodation. Very well kept room and nice bathroom, beautiful terrace. Lovely stay at a fantastic pool. Breakfast different from what we are used to but surprisingly delicious. Very friendly welcome and service.

Not enough superlatives to describe the accommodation and customer service received whilst staying at this incredible value for money hotel. Our room (room 5) was fantastic for our month long stay and offered superb sea views, alongside great facilities, which included a kitchen area, dining area, lage balcony and a very comfortable bed and spacious en-suite bathroom! Esther was a joy to deal with and Uschi and Loyoe (sorry if I have spelled their names wrong)were both helpful and professional during our stay. The room was impeccable when we arrived and maintained weekly to a high standard. The hotel is easy to find and is in a great location for exploring the whole of the Algarve and we look forward to staying again in the future.

My only complaint was that we weren’t told there would be construction around the pool, so it was a bit noisy. The owners have done an amazing job on the renovation and went out of their way to give us fantastic service! Would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is a bit far from town (40 min walk) but fine if you have a car.

A wonderful little hotel/apartments for a few nights. Close to Ferragudo and Gramacho Golf. Easy to access beach and a few restaurants close by. The view is spektakulär and the service from the owners is excellent. Did not use the swimmingpool, surely good to have during the summer.

Faro Airport to Amigos Para Sempre via Uber takes around 40 minutes and should cost around 50€. The Airport taxis charge 93€. The hotel operates a keybox system which is very handy for late arrivals such as ourselves. The reception room is a beautiful space and very welcoming for the weary traveller, complete with piano. Following the short steps up we reached the modern ensuite room again tastefully decorated with fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and small cakes. The owners and staff are very hard working and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is very comfortable. For a very reasonable additional charge the breakfast is served fresh and can be eaten outside next to the large communal swimming pool, i can recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice. The room itself had a spacious balcony and there is also a beautiful roof terrace which is ideal to sit on and watch the sunset while drinking some Sangria. There is also an Indian fusion piano bar/restaurant within walking distance. All other amenities are a short uber ride away (5€). A bus stop is also situated opposite the hotel but check the timetable first. The area is very quiet during the evening so ideal for those seeking relaxation. If you like your seafood I can recommend Restaurante Portarade situated in the old town (5 minutes by uber). If you're looking for a beach setting and live music then I would head to Club Nau, I would recommend reserving a table in advance. It's safe to say the Amigos Para Sempre has us hooked and we will be revisiting with the rest of our family very soon! A big shout out to Ester, JJ, Lois and Ushi.😃
