Super clean room; Super warm owner; Great room layout; Super comfortable bed; Will absolutely come back when departure from MXP next time.

The location was easy to find, the room was clean and big enough to fit my luggage and move around. I liked how the roof was openable as it was a bit stuffy when I first got there, but then it got progressively colder as the night went on and I had to close it. Like how others have mentioned, the capsule is not soundproof and you can hear everyone outside, especially if you have the roof opened. I brought my ear plugs and had no problem sleeping. The mattress is covered in plastic and then a skinny piece of cloth. As I already knew that from reading other ppl’s reviews, I brought my own bedsheet and blanket. Check-in was stressful, as it was not clear which screen I should use, and there was no one to help. After I had finally figured out that I should be using one of the “reserved” ones, I was prompted to use my phone number to access the room. However, as I had booked through Trip.com, the phone number submitted was not actually my own, it was Trip.com’s! I was not notified of this beforehand at all. Luckily I had a phone card that could call Trip.com, and after a 15 min phone call with Trip.com staff, I got the phone number and could access the room. After that, everything was smooth, going in and out of the room to use the toilet was easy, and check out was easy as well. Knowing how this works now, I would stay again as it’s a really cheap option for an overnight in the airport, however, I would make sure to check with Trip.com for the access number before leaving my home country!

The hotel is located in the airport with walking distance to terminal one. The staff is professional and kind and the room is very clean with body wash and other essential products. The price is reasonable so I highly recommend this hotel.
