Checked in! I arrived in the middle of the night, because the agent did not provide the phone number for check-in in advance, so I waited at the door for half an hour, but the platform staff was very responsible, and finally let the local agent call me, and the problem was solved smoothly. The internal environment is okay, relatively tidy, and is an ideal choice for temporary overnight stays!

Not easy to use, didn’t receive an email so couldn’t get in the cabin and was told ‘impossible madam’ when I phoned the company, man very rude on phone. Wouldn’t use this company again……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Do not use their service at all!!!! Their hours are fixed and absolutely not aligned with transit flights. They don’t do refund of booking either. OMG!!! What are they doing? There no customer service. How can be this kind of customer service in the world nowadays!!!!

The place is inside the airport and is a small place to unwind. It’s meant for sleeping though and good luck with that next to the toilet music blaring out and people trying to get into your room! Also not the easiest place to find and they advertise in the airport as lounges, which is confusing. However I did get 90 mins sleep which is a plus

DO NOT USE - I had an 8hr layover in Malpensa, 1st: the location of the pods is terrible, right next to the bathroom and waiting area, which means you can hear EVERYTHING, even the sounds of bathroom flushing and hand-drier. 2nd: there is a charging outlet right next to the pod, so i had random people lying down right Infront of my pod (blocking my entrance to the pod) charging their phones and watching out loud. 3rd: on arriving the screen of my pod which i need to enter and exit was not working, i had no way of entering it was already 1:30am! it took an hour to get hold of customer service, who overrode the system and opened the door for me. This meant I couldn't leave the pod once i entered as I couldn't open the door from the outside. 4th: The pod is basic (nothing fancy was expected anyway) but very poor ventilation. Ventilation was basically opening the roof of the pod which meant all the sounds from the outside would come in. Would Definitely NOT RECOMMEND. Better book at a hotel nearby.

I stayed at the facility in the Vienna airport. I had a 10 hour layover. I got confused when I landed and followed the Transfer signs and went through customs/immigration. I should have followed the Exit signs. It took some time but I finally found the sleep cabins. At this airport they're referred to as, the sleeping cabins. When you get to your cabin look at the cabin number on the floor in front of the door. Lots of people, including myself, kept trying to open the cabin to their right. If you enter the wrong code too many times an alarm goes off. There are plenty of bathrooms around the corner. There are two vending machines. The beverage machine didn't have water. Only pop and juices. The snack machine did have some sandwiches. If you're hungry I suggest getting food and water at one of the airport restaurants before you get to the sleeping cabin. The bed in the cabin reminded me of a doctor's exam table. The end of the bed is raised a bit for a faux pillow. You may want to bring a travel blanket or pillow. I rolled up my hoodie to use as a pillow. The ceiling rolls back so you can get some ventilation but you also get the outside lights. There was also a light on in the cabin I couldn't turn off. I had a sleeping mask which I used. The screen on the inside wasn't working and I didn't have a password for the Wi-Fi but I was tired so I just went to sleep. I would stay at a ZZZlepandGo in the future. The price wasn't bad and it's a lot better than sitting in an airport chair for hours and sleeping on the floor. It was perfect for my long layover. I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star because the screen wasn't working, the light wouldn't go off and I didn't have the wifi password.

The sleeping pods were located in the only area in Milan airport that had loud music playing! This music was playing all night! I had to put cotton wool in my ears! The pods were not sound proofed at all. The pods were next to a toilet so there were people in and out at intervals & the staff were talking loudly & pushing rattling trollies around. Surely the pods would be better situated in a quieter area! The mattress was comfortable, but had no sheets, just a roll of paper! At least we could lie down because all seating in the airport had arm rests on them.

I desperately needed a nap, so it was good for that. But the window cover in my unit didn't work so I had to clip a shirt over the window to make it dark. It was just Lucy I had some binder clips in my bag because otherwise I would have been out of luck, and it's frustrating that you can't get in touch w someone when something like that goes wrong. Inside you'll want some disinfectant wipes or at least pack a sheet to cover the bed. It's not squeaky clean, but not terrible. I just would have been more comfortable, had I had those things. I just used stuff from my carry on wadded up for a pillow, and that was fine. One thing to note is that the prices quorwd are for a full night's sleep. But I only stayed an hour and I think it was only about $7. So you don't see an hourly rate posted, but it's good to know that they do charge a reasonable rate for short stays. If I had had some disinfectant wipes, I would have actually liked to have stayed longer. It's not a bad place to wait in the airport as it's private and more comfortable than a random bench. The privacy and security makes for a nice, safe place for a single female traveler to retreat to for a long airport wait.
