Dolphin Hotel

Our recent 5-night stay at this property was far from satisfactory, and we cannot in good conscience recommend it to others. Our primary concern arose from a glaring lack of privacy due to security cameras that seemed to be positioned in a manner that encroached upon our personal space. This intrusion was not limited to our room alone; rather, it seemed to permeate the entire property, leaving us feeling unsettled throughout our stay. Moreover, the check-in process proved to be unsettling for my Canadian partner, who was obliged to provide fingerprints as a security measure without being offered any alternatives until after their biometrics had been acquired by the property. This experience left them feeling uncomfortable and his privacy was certainly violated. Our dissatisfaction was further compounded by an interaction with the front desk staff regarding a car rental inquiry. After innocently mentioning enjoying caipirinhas by the pool, we were met with a surprising and unwarranted response regarding a 'zero tolerance' policy. As visitors from Canada, where driving under the influence is a serious criminal offense, we were taken aback by the implication and found it wholly inappropriate. Regrettably, the staff failed to provide any viable solutions or alternatives, leaving us feeling dismissed and frustrated. Furthermore, we were disappointed by the quality of the bed linens, which boasted a mere 200-thread count and were composed of only 60% cotton. The bed itself, while initially promising with its plush blanket that offered a luxurious silk-like feel, ultimately proved to be subpar as the blanket consistently ended up on the floor during the night, detracting from our comfort. In conclusion, while this property may offer accommodation options at a comparable price point, we firmly believe that there are numerous superior alternatives available on the island. We urge prospective guests to explore other options to ensure a more enjoyable and hassle-free stay.

The hotel room is beautify, fresh and modern. The hotel is conveniently near the beach and has a lovely pool. The breakfast is outstanding. It changes every single day and everything is delicious. I am not sure why the dinner food is not as good. The burger I had was inedible. The staff is lovely except the one main woman at the front desk who has a permanent scowl on her face. I felt like anytime I asked for anything, she was pained by the request. I did have a bizarre thing happen to me. I left my water bottle by the pool and someone took one of the two C-rings. I asked to have the video reviewed, and I didn't feel like the hotel took the request seriously. That was disappointing. The hotel otherwise is great, and I appreciated the complimentary transfer, and the yummy banana candies opposite the front desk.

The food is Extremely good.prise are very reasonable considering the quality of food ,my new favourite now.I would like to thank you so much for making our event a fabulous.the professional and Dedication of your Banquet staff was outstanding.the quality of Food and service outstanding and thanking all of your efforts.

Dolphin Hotel is a must stay if you willing to visit Fernando de Noronha. It will only make your experience at the island even better. Great staff, very helpful and friendly people over there, I'm very thankful for all of them. Very clean, delicious breakfast, well located, UNBELIEVABLE STUNNING VIEW. Can't wait to come back.

Had the most wonderful stay in this absolute stunning hotel. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous with so much nature around it is absolutely breathtaking. The staff are incredible and always went above and beyond to meet my needs and make sure I was having a great stay. The food was delicious, I am a vegan and their dinner options were all incredible! Breakfast also has plenty of options for vegans and they always made sure to give me warm almond milk and margarine every morning The bed was so comfy I had the best sleep. Cannot fault this place, Dolphin is definitely where you want to be at in Noronha! I can’t wait to hopefully go back again!

We had an incredible stay at the Dolphin Hotel in Fernando de Noronha. This establishment truly deserves a 5-star rating due to its stunning and tasteful ambiance that provided unforgettable experiences. The food was exceptional, and the service, from the attentive receptionists to the friendly waitstaff and diligent cleaners, was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond, arranging my personalized message in a bottle with art pieces for my heartwarming beachside proposal surprise. Additionally, they orchestrated on behalf of my love a beautifully romantic room surprise to celebrate our 4-year anniversary. The Dolphin Hotel exceeded all expectations, making our special occasions even more memorable. Special thanks to Carla, Camilla, Russel, Gal, Jadson and all other staff.
