Hostel in a good location, easy access to any part of the island. Staff always helpful and an impeccable breakfast made by Robson. Not to mention that there is always an employee ready to help with tours and making recommendations. The place has an incredible vibe. It's very worth it.

I honestly can't understand anyone who gives this guesthouse a good rating. Very bad rooms, almost non-existent cleaning. We arrived at 3pm and waited over an hour for an employee to show up to check in. You can hear everything from the room, there is no sound insulation. The first morning I went to breakfast and there was an employee applying SPB to all the food, cheese bread, cold cuts, fruit, everything. I had never seen this before, lol, surreal My joy was that I only had two days there, then it was 5 days in another inn. I tried to spend as much time as possible away from the inn… It must be the worst in Noronha…

The hotel's structure is very nice and the decor is also nice, although the entrance is not very attractive. We stayed in a very spacious private room, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the breakfast. I didn't like the lack of organization and sensitivity of the management, the cleanliness of the shared bathroom was insufficient for the demand. There were no minibar items for sale. The umbrellas were very precarious, there was a smell of human feces around the deck, the TV didn't work, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working either. The bathroom didn't have any support for bathing (towels, clothes, soap, shampoo, creams, etc.). There were frogs under the sofa in the living room. The lighting in the outside area was poor. The hostel could only be accessed by boat, because walking was practically an adventure, with lots of mud. Hostel, até bonitinho porém com pontos negativos: a higiene fica a desejar Quarto feminino compartilhado sem nenhuma limpeza aparentemente sujo , sabonete não tem ,as toalhas não são trocadas. A geladeira compartilhada suja As fotos no booking não parece ser o mesmo local organizado que aparece nas fotos Pontos positivos: Café da manhã com variedades, Letícia bem atenciosa e só. Caso não esteja de carro o centrinho fica longe ou vai de ônibus ou táxi

O local tem um potencial muito incrível, pois a vista do pico é maravilhosa. Mas peca em manutenção e limpeza. Boa quartos compartilhados itens como luz de leitura e secador de cabelo não funcionavam e a funcionária disse não haver verba para manutenção. Descer das camas superiores chega a ser perigoso, pois a escada é muito ruim. O outro ponto positivo foi o café da manhã, muito bem preparado.

Horrible !!! A fuire absolument. C’est une anarque on est très très loin de l’esprit des photos du site. Chambre minuscule. Pas d’espace conviviale extérieur. Espace commun pas entretenu et sale. A ne souhaiter à personne. Faire autant de KM pour se retrouver dans ce taudis est absolument dépriment et insultant. Les propriétaires on abandonné ce lieu.

A experiência de se hospedar no Hotel foi fantástica. O atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional (com destaque para a Letícia e o Robson). O café da manhã é sensacional, com uma das melhores tapiocas que já experimentei. A estrutura dos quartos é muito boa (mesmo os compartilhados, proporcionam privacidade).
