Welcome to Seashell Retreat! This charming, peaceful townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing escape and is our newest rental property. Step out the front door, and take a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island! Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in our private courtyard patio with lighted umbrella, or curl up to watch a movie or read a book in the well-appointed living room. Seashell Retreat is a walk or an easy bike ride to fantastic North End beaches, Salt Life Restaurant, Fort Clinch, Parks, and Egan's Creek Greenway. You can also take a dip in the Fernandina Shores Community Pool or play a game of Tennis on the Community Courts. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and a rolling beach cart for guests to use. You can't go wrong eating anywhere on Amelia Island (We have a guide with recommendations in the Townhouse and online!), but if you like to cook, our newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. After a day of adventures, drift off to sleep in one of two comfortable beds, all equipped with cotton bedding, blackout curtains and fans, if you need white noise. Both bedrooms have TVs with Cable and/or Streaming Services. We are very excited to welcome guests to Seashell Retreat, and provide an amazing, top-notch experience to everyone we host.
