I highly recommend the hotel, we spent a week there, the food is very tasty. Definitely a large selection of breakfast products, not only croissants but also yogurts, fruit, bread, cheese, ham, etc. Lunches and dinners are also very tasty. Very nice service. Clean rooms with balconies were cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were changed, and the floor was washed. The area is also very nice, close to the bus stop

Fermo is a gem of an historic walled city, perched on peak of a high, steep hill. The modern hotel is perched on edge of the cliff. Views from the rooms over the valley & of the surrounding hilltop towns are spectacular. Restaurant is cantilevered out beyond the main building structure & shares these views. Similar incredible view from roof garden above. Parking is in street in front & also below hotel. A public elevator links hotel to streets below. Hotel is just outside the archway into the old city. Numerous interesting places to visit in old city. Also a good centre from which to explore Abruzzo. We were given a very large suit of rooms, all very generously proportioned. Bathroom included a huge, sculptured walk-in shower. Our rooms were very quiet. Air Con. was very good, as was room lighting. Our breakfasts & dinners in the hotel were all excellent. Staff all very friendly and efficient. This was the best hotel we stayed in, over 2 month’s touring Italy

Hotel with stunning views which we were unable to enjoy due to the poor conditions of the room. We stayed at this hotel having paid for a balcony which we could not use because the shutters were broken. This, of course, happens. What shouldn't happen is being verbally attacked, insulted and shouted at by the hotel owner claiming that the customer is wrong, simply because we explained that we had chosen their hotel for specific reasons, as if it were normal that we pay for a service that we cannot use. We did not even ask for a discount - we simply informed them of the reason why we had chosen the hotel, a claim which was met by unnecessary unprofessional insults, which as respectful and respectable clients we should not hear. In short, we paid for a service that we could not use and the reaction on behalf of the management was appalling, and practically unseen in the hundreds of hotels we'd stayed at in over 70 countries. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Italians or foreigners simply due to very poor customer service so expect any issues related to your stay to go unsolved.

Al di là dell'impatto iniziale con una addetta (forse la responsabile) alla reception che ha reso impropria l'accoglienza dovuta alla sua maleducazione e arroganza del tutto fuori luogo, devo dire che il resto del soggiorno si è svolto regolarmente: buona cucina, ottima posizione e grande gentilezza e professionalità da parte del resto dello staff. Ogni tanto a certe persone andrebbe imposto di fare un po' di customer sactisfation.... in tanti casi aiuta,

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera deluxe con formula B&B e siamo stati piacevolmenti sorpresi da una camera veramente grande con un panorama spettacolare, un bagno grande e il tutto a un prezzo ragionevole. TV e frigobar in camera, buona colazione, L'unico problema può sorgere per il parcheggio del sabato mattina perché il mercato e i posti auto sono occupati dagli ambulanti. Consigliatissimo

Situato in una posizione panoramica invidiabile l'albergo è ben gestito, personale cordiale e disponibile. I pasti sono buoni e abbondanti. Senza contare che la città di Fermo vale una visita e una immersione.... medioevale. Buon rapporto qualità /prezzo.

Se devi dormire a Fermo non puoi scegliere di meglio. Anche per opzione solo ristorante menu ottimo e location di livello. Servizio a 5 stelle. In estate permette di pernottare al fresco. E visitare tutte le Marche. Servizio in camera puntuale e molto professionale

Mi sono fermato in questo albergo per una settimana per motivi di “lavoro”. Ero stato qui dieci anni fa poi decisi di non tornarci più perché non fui per nulla soddisfatto del trattamento. Devo dire che le cose sono molto cambiate in meglio. Le stanze sono state ristrutturate. Il personale é Cordialissimo e disponibilissimo sia l’accoglienza che il ristorante la cui cucina é davvero buono e la colazione abbondante e variegata. Venite a vedere e provare!
