We first stayed at this hotel whilst visiting relatives in nearby Porto St Giorgio about 20 years ago and have visited off-and-on a few times since then. Last week we made our fourth or fifth visit. The rooms are spacious, it is always spotlessly clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is always pretty good, with plenty of fresh pastries, fruit, fruit juices and coffee. The hot breakfast food is a little 'mass catering', but is nonetheless as good as, if not better than, corporate hotels I have stayed at in Milan. Plenty of other reviews will tell you about the pool (I have only used it once and it was fine), the proximity to the beach (you only have to cross a cycle path to get to it), and the restaurant (which was excellent on the few occasions I have eaten there). We first chose it because it looked like a reasonably luxurious but not extravagant place to stay, which was close to, but not on top of, my wife's extended family in Porto St Giorgio. I think the thing that keeps us coming back is the fact that our first observation was correct and that the character of the place has not changed since our first visit. We will certainly return.

È già la quinta volta che soggiorno in questo hotel a 4 stelle , con ampio parcheggio adiacente , camere pulite e confortevoli , comodo per gli spostamenti in area . Ho avuto modo di cenare un paio di volte e ho sempre riscontrato qualità e soprattutto cortesia di tutto il personale . Stamattina venerdì 13 alle ore 8.00 stavo facendo colazione e ho chiesto gentilmente alla signorina se potevo avere un caffè americano , mi ha detto si e dopo poco mi sento chiamare ad alta voce “ signore mi scusi , signore il suo caffè e’ pronto , DEVE VENIRE a PRENDERLO al BAR , ho chiesto ma scusi no me lo porta ? risposta : HO ALTRO DA FARE , considerare che in sala erano presenti solo 3 tavoli con il mio . MAI SUCCESSO in 40 anni che viaggio una cosa del genere, neanche in hotel 2 stelle . La persona gentile della reception mi ha detto che la proprietà ha scelto questo tipo di servizio, secondo me è un NON SERVIZIO . Tal altro in questo hotel ho anche usufruito della ristorazione in camera., tutto perfetto. Quanto successo stamattina è davvero molto strano , sono rimasto molto male e deluso

Ottimo Hotel sul mare. Pulizia ottima. Personale alla reception davvero da elogio, bravissimi. Grazie Silvia e Luca. Bravi anche alla staff ristorante, molto gentili. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo meriterebbe 5 stelle ma purtroppo deve migliorare la colazione che è molto scadente. Ristorante ottimo sia come prezzo e sia come servizio Location eccezionale con ampio spazio esterno per parcheggiare. Struttura ben riscaldata in inverno

abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel in riva al mare al Lido di Fermo . Ottima struttura , camera spaziosa con vista mare laterale . Colazione buona con scelta tra dolce e salato . Cena un po' deludente , pasta con granchio blù , di polpa neanche l'ombra ..... un po' caro per essere la cena in un hotel e porzioni scarse

Mi sarebbe piaciuto tornare in estate in questo albergo, ma purtroppo siamo rimasti delusi. Il personale è poco professionale e la colazione lascia a desiderare....Le camere normali ma almeno ben pulite.La struttura mi ricorda un tre stelle.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia figlia per vacanza. L'Hotel si affaccia sul mare, da ogni stanza anche quelle non frontali è visibile. Struttura interna un pò retrò ma ottimamente tenuta. Stanze spaziose con parquet a terra, bagno comodo. Pulizia e gentilezza eccezionali. Ottima e completa la colazione. Utilizzo dell'Aria Condizionata nelle zone comuni quasi perfetta. Completa una piscina sul tetto molto ultile per rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi godendosi l'ottimo panorama. Se capiterà, ci torneremo di sicuro.

Siamo stati molto bene al Royal. Albergo moderno all'esterno e d tradizione anni 90/2000 all'interno, molto elegante. È uno stile che ci piace molto, ricorda la grande tradizione d hotellerie e ospitalità tipicamente italiana. Grandi saloni, lampadari importanti, mobilio classico. Ottima la colazione su un grande terrazza vista mare e una chicca la piscina all'ultima piano che domina il lido fermano. Letti comodi, climatizzazione efficiente, due bottiglie d acqua in omaggio nel frigobar e mele free of charge sempre a disposizione della clientela. Personale attento, impeccabile...bello. Posizione dell'hotel ideale...fronte spiaggia (libera e non) a circa 10 min a piedi dal lungomare più frequentato...molto tranquillo quindi. Inoltre appena si esce vi è un supermercato, panetteria con pizza al piatto e al taglio e vari bar. Nn abbiamo provato il ristorante...il tempo è stato veramente poco...in ogni caso complimenti e alla prossima!
