酒店房間不大，隔音效果一般般，早歺品種不多，雞蛋都沒有，天天衹能吃的就是自製華夫餅+果醬。唯一的優點，臨近State College的主幹道，開車去PSU衹要五分鐘。酒店出來去主幹道的右手邊，有一家中餐廳，主幹道對面有一家亞洲超市，住在賓館時還沒有發現。
