We called front desk to ask for extra coffee and creamer, after 30 min we called again and waited another hour no service. When we left after 3.5 hrs later, still no coffee? If they didn’t plan on bringing coffee they should have just said so! I can handle the truth, just tell us you’re not able to provide services at the time.

The service was great and the hotel offered a kick back that made thing relaxing with two free meals a day I will definitely stay here again
