顧客反應空調不制熱，已經凍的感冒了，找前台不但不給處理，還説是顧客已經感冒了的，人家退完房又跑到對面“格林豪泰”，我希望領導看見可以發個話，這樣的員工及其“不合格”，差評，差評，非常差評，再也不會來了。

第一個房間房門都關不上，第二個房間中間一個柱子，衞生間的毛巾都變色了也不換，以後再也不來了

大家如果是一百多的預算就避雷這家賓館吧附近價格差不多的酒店比這好太多了！空調開了跟沒開一樣，沐浴露洗髮水竟然是那種小袋裝的！沖馬桶轟隆隆響的半夜驚醒！房間昏暗就是空間大沒有別的優點！不會再來了！
